I wonder, why would they bother with this when they know baku is protected by S300PMU2? could it be that they know a work-around?

the characteristics on the UAV are also very similar. Did we license it like Georgians licensed their UAV from Latvia ?

Comparing the two photos below and their characteristics, Krunk 25-2's characteristics are different than the Serbian one but also have some similarities. Don't think it's conclusive evidence it's a licensing deal though.

P.S. The Georgians got their UAV from Estonia.

Do you mean they bought it off the shelf or via licencing deal?
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

I think Armenia did neither, need more evidence to prove that.

Indeed many UAVs share characteristics or look like each other. Does not mean there's some kind of deal or copying.

I agree but its suspicious that Azerbaijan now invests heavily in Serbia, and Armenia and Serbia have close military relations.
Its obvious that many components on Krunk UAV are imported and not manufactured locally. If we license it, then we just need to keep frequency and communication systems secret and encrypted. Most UAV's share similar components and designs important thing is avionics (hardware/software) that controls it and optics, and if they are stealth obviously stealth materials.
