That particular road of Meghri-Nrnadzor has been addressed by building an alternative safer route but I can imagine there are more of these death roads scattered around those areas. The vehicle might have rolled down one of these types of cliffs.

Hangars don't have to cost a lot, don't we have already some available? Then we also have the advantage that our mechanics can do their work in every condtions, 24 hours a day.

I agree....even if they are none flyers they should still be hangared or at least preserved better when left in the elements like that. Also when you are forced to leave them outside you set up an inspection program to have them looked at and preventive maintenance taken like re-securing all covers, make sure the engines remain preserved, air up the tires/struts if flat, open the canopy/ panels and remove water or other contaminates, apply power and and go through the system checks, maybe even run the engine every two months. That is just poor aviation practices from what I see and it hurts. They can leave that SU-24 by that run down shack but the SU-25s are real assets.
btw, I see an aircraft hangar to the left of the picture in the distance.

Edit: That is a Mig 25 junker in the back not a SU-24, my mistake on Russian aircraft names.

I remember these roads from going from Iran to Armenia as a little kid in the mid 90's. lol not a pleasant experience for a 6 year old.
