I have seen reloadable brass for the 39, they seem to be mostly on the higher end hunting AK rounds. Winchester X is reloadble and its a real good AK round with large expansion on impact. They are over a dollar a round very expensive compared to AK military surplus rounds (23 cents/round).

AK is known for not being accurate and a more challenging weapon to shoot in accuracy long range. It also has a tendency for the barrel to rise up and shift to the right after each round fired.

One thing I have noticed people do is that they do not follow the correct procedure in setting up an AK iron sights which are designed to work differently than normal rifle sights.

Hakob have you ever used the EO Tech 512 holographic sight? works great on AK up to 200 meters

I have not used Eo Tech, but have a Trijicon. However it being very finicky and expencive, I later transfered it to an AR.
My recent dicovery has been a Vortex Strikefire, bought on sale on Midway USA. Very impressive and inexpencive for quality. Holds zero and is very easy, perfect round red dot. I put it on AK, and it shot very accurate. Later transfered it to a SKS (you know SKS es are more accurate than Aks because of longer barrels). I have more accurate shooter than AR now, even with Wolf factory ammo. I mean AR with standard barrel, I have seen an AR with competition upper made by Les Bear that did dime size hole on paper on 100yds with 5 rounds.
About reloading. Those american ammo for Ak is very expencive and sometimes slamfires on my SKS es because boxer primers are too thin and softer then berdans.
I do not hunt and don't like it. My passion is weapons themself and accurate shooting. My biggest passion is blackpowder muskets. Flintlocks or percussion cups.

The only remedy for AK raising up towards right. Muzzlebrake that favors one side discharge of gases (just like heavier weapos). It is mounted and adjusted to 1 a'clock, Not perpendicular (up). That way it pushes down and keeps left. I haven't done it myself, but saw one guy that had it made with multiple angled holes in shooting range. He claimed that it worked very good.
