Azerbaijan army makes unsuccessful attempt at violating Armenia border from Nakhijevan

YEREVAN. – A subdivision from the Azerbaijani armed forces deployed in Nakhijevan has attempted to violate the Armenia-Azerbaijan border on Thursday at around 10:30pm, and in the direction of Yeraskh town in the Ararat Province of Armenia.

But the attempt was detected already at the area between the military positions of the two countries, and prevented by the subdivisions of the Armenian armed forces.

The adversary retreated as a result of the ensuing skirmish, informed the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

Two Armenian servicemen killed, many wounded – Azerbaijani Defense Ministry

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Two Armenian servicemen were killed, a large number of servicemen got wounded by Azerbaijani armed forces.

The Armenian military’s attempts to become active on the contact line of troops were prevented as a result of the preventive and timely measures taken by Azerbaijani armed forces on Oct. 1-2, the defense ministry told APA.

As a result of retaliatory fire opened by the Azerbaijani side, two Armenian servicemen were killed, a number of servicemen got wounded.

Azerbaijani armed forces, suffering no losses, continue to exercise full control of the operational situation along the contact line.

ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը հերքել է Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայության՝ այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 2-ին, տարածած այն լուրը, թե ադրբեջանական բանակը հոկտեմբերի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը «հայկական զորքերի տեղաշարժը կանխելու նպատակով իրականացրել է հատուկ գործողություններ՝ հայկական կողմին պատճառելով 2 զոհ և բազմաթիվ վիրավորներ»։

ՊԲ հաղորդագրությունում մասնավորապես նշված է.

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարության այսօր տարածած հաղորդագրությունն առ այն, թե իբր իրենց զինուժի կողմից հոկտեմբերի 1-ին և 2-ին ձեռնարկված կանխարգելիչ գործողությունների շնորհիվ կանխվել է հայկական ստորաբաժանումների տեղաշարժը, ինչի արդյունքում հայկական կողմն ունեցել 2 զոհ և վիրավորներ, հերթական ապատեղեկատվություն է:
ՊԲ առաջապահ զորամասերը վստահորեն իրականացնում են իրենց առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրը և շարունակում առաջնագծում իրենց կամքը թելադրել հակառակորդին:
Պաշտպանության բանակը կորուստներ և վիրավորներ չունի:

Նշենք, որ Ռազմինֆոյի հետ զրույցում Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հայտարարության՝ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանելու մասին նշեցին նաև ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունում։

Սպանվածի հարազատների պնդմամբ՝ Բաղըև Մյունասիբ Բաղը օղլուն (Bağıyev Münasib Bağı oğlu) ծառայում էր Ադրեբջանի Թարթառի շրջանում և մահացել է 2015-ի սեպտեմբերի 1-ին։ Մահվան պաշտոնական պատճառ է նշվել ինքնասպանությունը, սակայն հարազատները հակված չեն հավատալու այդ վարկածին ու նշում են, որ նա չուներ ծառայողական բնույթի ոչ մի խնդիր և նույնիսկ իշխող դիրք ուներ ծառայակիցների նկատմամբ, ինչը հաստատել են նաև նրա սպաները։

Ռազմինֆոյին զինծառայողի մահվան մասին հայտնի է դարձել սոցցանցերում ադրբեջանցի օգտատերերի գրառումների մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում։ Նրա բարեկամներից մեկը (դատելով ազգանունից` եղբայրը կամ հորեղբոր որդին) սոցիալական ցանցերից մեկում հրապարակել է սպանվածի լուսանկարները։

Նշենք նաև, որ ո´չ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն, ո´չ ուժային այլ կառույցները և ո´չ էլ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները Բաղըևի մահվան մասին դեռևս ոչինչ չեն հայտնել։

Specially what's the chances of attack on Yerevan from Nakhichevan which sits 90km away from the capital? I've heard the dream situation for Azerbaijan would be to go through Vayots Dzor from Nakhichevan and cut Armenia into two

You may remember pictures posted a while back showing the vantage point of our troops overlooking Nakhichevan. I doubt anyone can get through there without us allowing it.
