Exactly that's what I said we can by no means call them an ally,they are only good for a new and better geopolitical changes in the region that can be in our favor,if not best at least better than now

All what pkk need is SAM/anti aircrafts missiles.and somehow there will be some balance. Hopefully Russia will supply them from under the table.

20 Armenian soldiers killed on frontline in September

Armenia violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 828 times in September

Baku. Farid Mirzayev – APA. In September Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 828 times on various parts of the frontline.

According to the results of the APA’s monitoring based on the reports confirmed by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, the enemy forces, using 60mm- and 82mm-caliber mortars and heavy machine guns, made several attempts to commit provocative acts. The opposing side was silenced by retaliatory fire, and all its attempts were prevented.

In September, the highest number of ceasefire violations on the Karabakh front was recorded in the Aghdam part of the frontline, with a total of 229 times.

The ceasefire was violated 171 times in Fuzuli, 83 times in Terter, 58 times in Khojavand and 51 times in Jabrayil.

The Armenian military, which attempted to escalate the tension along the border with Azerbaijan, violated ceasefire 104 times in Goranboy, 59 times in Gazakh, 27 times in Gadabay, 24 times in Tovuz, 15 times in Goygol and 7 times in Aghstafa district.

In September, 18 Armenian soldiers, including the two members of the Armenian subversive group were killed, a number of soldiers wounded.

Four Azerbaijani servicemen – Mammadov Elshan, Valiyev Rauf, Ahmadzadeh Neman and Mustafaze Namig were killed during the reporting period, and three more servicemen received slight shrapnel wounds.

One more unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Armenian armed forces was destroyed in September. The Armenian armed forces’ drone, which was supposedly to be a Krunk-25 tactical UAV, was detected and destroyed by the air defense units of the Azerbaijani air forces while attempting to fly over Azerbaijani armed forces’ positions in the direction of Aghdam district of the frontline.

Armenian armed units violated ceasefire 836 times in August.

Ադրբեջանի զինուժի ձախողումների ֆոնին այդ երկիր է ժամանում Թուրքիայի ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետը

Հոկտեմբերի 5-ին Թուրքիայի ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի նորանշանակ պետ, բանակի գեներալ Հուլուսի Աքարըի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը պաշտոնական այցով կլինի Ադրբեջանում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը՝ հավելելով, որ այցի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է Հուլուսի Աքարըի ու Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Զաքիր Հասանովի հանդիպումը։ Թուրքիայի ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետն Ադրբեջանում մնալու է մինչև հոկտեմբերի 7-ը։

Նկատենք, որ Թուրքիայի զինված ուժերի ԳՇ պետի այցն Ադրբեջան հաջորդում է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և ուժերի շփման գծում օպերատիվ իրավիճակի սրմանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ հակառակորդի կողմից Տավուշի բնակավայրերի գնդակոծման և հրետակոծման հետևանքով սեպտեմբերի 24-ին սպանվել էր 3 խաղաղ բնակիչ։ Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ադրբեջանական զինուժը հրետակոծել էր պաշտպանության բանակի` թիկունքում տեղակայված զորավարժարանը, ինչի հետևանքով զոհվել էր 4 և վիրավորվել 16 զինծառայող։

Այս իրադարձություններին հաջորդեցին հայկական կողմի պատժիչ գործողությունները շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով, որոնց հետևանքով կրած կորուստներից Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն խոստովանեց միայն 4 սպանվածի և 3 վիրավորի մասին։ Պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լյովա Մնացականյանը, սակայն, սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Արցախի խորհրդարանում հայտարարեց, որ ՊԲ համապատասխան ծառայությունների ստացած տվյալների համաձայն, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ-ն անցնող օրերին ունեցել է 2 տասնյակից ավելի կորուստ, իսկ զինհոսպիտալներ է տեղափոխվել 60-ից 80 վիրավոր։ Ընդ որում, պատժիչ գործողությունների իրականացման ընթացքում հայկական կողմին հաջողվել է խուսափել կորուստներից։

Ավելի վաղ ՊԲ մամուլի ծառայությունը հրապարակել էր նաև պատժիչ գործողությունների արդյունքում սպանված ադրբեջանցի 6 զինծառայողի անունները, տեղեկությունը որոնց մասին Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն փորձել էր թաքցնել։

Այս իրադարձությունների ֆոնին, չի բացառվում, որ Թուրքիայի ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցն Ադրբեջան պայմանավորված է Բաքվի ձախողմամբ և դրա պատճառների որոնման անհրաժեշտությամբ, քանի որ գաղտնիք չէ՝ Թուրքիան մեծ դերակատարում ունի ադրբեջանական բանակի մարտական պատրաստության ապահովման գործում։

Նշենք, որ այս օրրեին Արցախյան հարցի շուրջ Ադրբեջանին ևս մեկ անգամ հրապարակավ իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել նաև Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեթ Դավութօղլուն, ով սեպտեմբերի 30-ին ելույթ ունենալով ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից, անդրադարձել է նաև Հարավային Կովկասի հակամարտություններին՝ նշելով, որ այս տարածաշրջանը շարունակում է մնալ անկայուն, իսկ 3 խնդիրները՝ չլուծված։ Նա հավելել է, որ իրենք վճռական են շարունակելու իրենց ջանքերը՝ ուղղված հակամարտության՝ (նկատի ունի Արցախյան հակամարտությունը�, Ռազմինֆո) «Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության» շրջանակներում լուծմանը։

YEREVAN. - Armenia’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan today received the U.S. Advisory group assisting the Strategic Defense Review (SDR) of Armenia. The visit of the U.S. experts to Armenia is aimed at assisting in drawing up a 5-year plan for the development of military institutions and defense in the framework of the strategic review.

At the meeting, Seyran Ohanyan highly appreciated the contribution of the U.S. experts to shaping the modern ideas on the improvement of Armenia’s defense capacities.

Armenia’s Defense Minister also noted that despite the present urgency of inhibiting, sending back and punishing the aggressive actions of the adversary, the efforts of the Ministry are nevertheless also focused on raising the efficiency of the organization and long-term development of military capacities.
