Officer of Azerbaijani Army hits landmine

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. One more officer of Azerbaijani Army hit a landmine.

APA reports that the incident was recorded on the contact line between the Azerbaijani and Armenian troops in direction of Aghdam. Officer of the National Army, Captain Parviz Ismayilov was wounded after mine hitting. The wounded officer was hospitalized.

Deputy chief of the Defense Ministry’s press service Teymur Abdullayev confirmed the fact to APA.

ՀՀ ՊՆ տեսչական խումբը Թուրքիայի տարածքում

Եվրոպայում սովորական զինված ուժերի մասին (ԵՍԶՈւ) պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ս.թ. նոյեմբերի 26-ից դեկտեմբերի 3-ը ՀՀ ՊՆ տեսչական խումբը «Հայտարարված վայրի» տեսչություն է իրականացրել Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության տարածքում:

Տեսչության են ենթարկվել Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության ԶՈՒ 3-րդ դաշտային բանակի 9-րդ ԲԿ-ի 14-րդ մեխանիզացված հետևակային բրիգադը (Կարս) և 1-ին մոտոհրաձգային բրիգադի 5-րդ սահմանապահ գունդը (Իգդիր):

ԵՍԶՈւ պայմանագրի դրույթների շրջանակներում տեսչական խումբը ճեպազրույց է անցկացրել վերոնշյալ ստորաբաժանումների հրամանատարների հետ մարտական խնդիրների, վարժանքների և ընդհանուր հարցերի շուրջ:

Տեսչության ընթացքում ճշգրտվել են զորամասերի հայտարարված աշխարհագրական կոորդինատներն ու սխեմաները, ստուգվել են պայմանագրով սահմանափակվող տեխնիկայի և սպառազինության (մարտական տանկեր, մարտական զրահապատ մեքենաներ, հրետանի) քանակը և դրանց առկայությունը հսկողության օբյեկտներում, դիտարկվել են զորամասերի սահմանագոտիները և ընդհանուր տարածքները:

Տեսչության ընթացքում ԹՀ կողմից պայմանագրի դրույթների խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել:

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 4 ԴԵԿՏԵՄԲԵՐԻ, ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ: ՀԱՊԿ-ի զորքերի հիմքի վրա կստեղծվի հակաօդային եւ հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության միացյալ համակարգ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին, դեկտեմբերի 4-ին հայտնել Է ՌԴ-ի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ գեներալ-գնդապետ Վալերի Գերասիմովը:

«Կկատարելագործվի ՀԱՊԿ-ի զորքերի կառուցվածքը, եւ պլանավորվում Է հետագայում ստեղծել ՀՕՊ-ՀՀՊ-ի միացյալ համակարգ»,- ասել Է Գերասիմովը Մոսկվայում զինվորական կցորդների հետ կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Նա նշել Է, որ մինչեւ տարեվերջ ծրագրվում Է ստեղծել ՀԱՊԿ-ի ռազմական կոմիտե: «ՀԱՊԿ-ի գծով ռազմական համագործակցությունը տեղում կանգնած չԷ, այն զարգանում Է եւ կշարունակի զարգանալ»,- հավելել Է ՌԴ-ի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը:

Գերասիմովը հայտարարել Է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում ռազմական համագործակցությունն այս տարվա ընթացքում զարգացել Է ըստ պլանի. կազմակերպության շրջանակներում անցկացվել են օպերատիվ եւ մարտական պատրաստության մի քանի միջոցառումներ, մասնավորապես, օգոստոսին կայացել են «Ռուբեժ» զորավարժությունները:

«Այս զինուժերի պատրաստման պլանն ամբողջությամբ կատարված Է: Կարծում ենք, որ այս համագործակցությունը պետք Է զարգանա եւ նոր խթան ստանա»,- .ասել Է Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը:

ՀԱՊԿ-ն ստեղծվել Է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի հիման վրա, որն ստորագրվել Է 1992 թվականի մայիսի 15-ին ԱՊՀ-ի անդամ երկրների կողմից: Ուզբեկստանի անդամակցության դադարեցումից հետո ՀԱՊԿ-ի մասնակիցներ են մնում Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Ռուսաստանը եւ Տաջիկստանը:

Not to go too off topic but Iran has captured another US drone. I wish Armenia would cooperate with Iran since we both seem to be in the business of downing/capturing Western drones.

Not to go too off topic but Iran has captured another US drone. I wish Armenia would cooperate with Iran since we both seem to be in the business of downing/capturing Western drones.

It says "capture", not shot down. The whole deal is in that one word. We are the 1st nation to come up with technology to do that. I wonder who Iranians learned this from... LOL
For stealth aircrafts and for the whole military aicrafts, radio silence is the rule in order not to be seen. But drones have to communicate with mother station constantly. They have a big radio transmission signature. No matter how small or how big it is you can see it on your instuments.

Now the race is going to be in protecting the communication between drone and transmitting station. I think first they will use special codes. But even if not broken the defenders can repeat the last code to drone, making it do the same thing over and over until they drop.
The next thing is going to be to program the computer on board with a few million codes, each for new consecutive command that mother station sends and drone recognizes and does only what is in corect sequence in communication codes. I think that we have the brains to create a quick hacking means or to jam the signals with bogus viral signals to break any line of signal sequence.

US is our ally. Please be carefull in your comments. We don't have any problems with them and wish all good. But we will protect our interests untill US and Russia find a solution to problems with both turks that we like, and bring an end to those(Including pulling those spoiled J brats out of picture).

actually correct translation puts on a more defensive tone than conquest.

"We will drag US under our feet" would be the correct translation for the Imam Khomeini.

Good job Iran in capturing the UAV......hope that our friends in the West realize that our Iranian brothers are no Arabs nor an easy target.
