I am sorry to bring this up again and (Glukh ardukel).
See how high he has to hold his head from the stock? How low is the buttplate on hs shoulder(it's not even on his shoulder but rather on arm)? So he does not rest his head on stock, does not lock the buttplate on his shoulder right. He is just trying to look thru the scope and aim, while trying to controll rifle only with his hands. I would say he has lost about 30-50% accuracy now. All those scope mounts were designed in 1930's by soviet armorers to be too high ( don't know for what reson exactly, but think because the bolt handles were standaand 90 degree not pointing low or bent like on this one and shooter could not open it without hitting the scope), and now continue without change and we are repeating this mistake.I can see that he has a stock grip installed to work as a lifted chickrest, but it is still too low. Holding like this the shooter is very likely to get a black eye from scope, if he is not carefull, because in the kickback the buttstock might slide right under his armpit and whole rifle kick too far back.

Ah Oh. I just noticed that because of the scope hight he is using the tilt of his head and looking with left eye which is higher, but the right eye is closed, instead of being the one used (the wrong eye for the scope).
I am sorry but I doubt that he could hit a side of a barn like this.

Iam not sure either what is going on in this picture but the first thing I noticed is that he is using his left eye and he is not holding the rifle correctly.....maybe he is only looking down the scope as spotting and not getting ready to shoot.

Hakob I agree...the scope sits too high and the cheek rest is not setup properly to compensate for that, not to mention it doesn't look like a mil dot scope and the lens covers are blocking a good portion of his view.....the cover should fold all the way back and not stay erected like that.

Lens covers seem to be "Butler Creek" type. Once I broke one trying to fold it all the way... LOL. But assuming that this picture is taken in Armenia, I am happy that those are available there. They are mid range quality and work good enough with a little twicking . I turn them 45 deg to right so not to block the view field. But controlling the rifle only by hands and trying to aim can you imagine where will the aim point fly when natural twiching kicks in just before trigger fall (especially with mosin's tough and hard pull)? right hand is the most prone to preshot twitching because of trigger pull.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's officer, Parviz Ismayilov stepped on a mine and was wounded at the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the direction of Akna territory Dec 3.
The officer was hospitalized, with his condition reported as stable, Trend reported.
From November 14-28, 5 more Azerbaijani soldiers were reported to be blown by mines.

CSTO to set up joint air and missile defense system

PanARMENIAN.Net - A joint air and missile defense system will be established by Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) member states, chief of the general staff of Russian armed forces said.

Contract serviceman killed in Yerevan identified as Vardan Khachatryan

PanARMENIAN.Net - A contract serviceman identified as Vardan Khachatryan, 40, was killed in a regiment deployed in the center of Yerevan on Friday, December 7.
As a representative of Armenian Police press service Arman Malkhasyan told PanARMENIAN.Net a criminal case was instigated in accordance with art. 110, part 1 of Criminal Code.
The serviceman was found dead with a gunshot wound.
