British experts evaluated Armenia's combat readiness higher than that of Azerbaijan

The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London made an annual report called "The Military Balance 2013"
As reports "Armenpress" the authors of the report gave the preference to Armenia in the comparison of the combat readiness of the two states.

Armenians wound soldier of Azerbaijani Army

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A soldier of Azerbaijani was wounded as Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire.

APA reports that it happened in Aghdam.

Soldier of Azerbaijani Army, Javid Elemshah Mehraliyev, 19, was wounded by the enemy. The wounded soldier has been hospitalized.

Deputy chairman of the Defense Ministry's press service Teymur Abdullayev confirmed the fact to APA.

He said the wounded soldier is in satisfactory condition.

Mehraliyev was drafted from Khachmaz region.
