What can you say about this system? There's not much on it in English.

Anyone notice how Azerbaijan's purchases are focused on anti-air lately?

The Belarusian/Ukrainian T-38 Stylet SAM system has been offered for a few years now. No one has bought it yet. Not even the armed forces of Belarus which is currently buying the Russian TOR-M1.

I can best describe the Stylet as a modernized OSA (SA-8) system with a newer missile but with the older style OSA radars and guidance systems.

The missiles use a design and layout similar to the Russian Pantsir, but are less capable and have a somewhat shorter range.
The truck itself is a Belarussian design
