Azerbaijani soldier wounded as Armenians violated ceasefire

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov-APA. A soldier of Azerbaijani Army was wounded as Armenian armed forces violated ceasefire.

APA reports that it happened in Fuzuli region yesterday. Soldier of Azerbaijani Army, Shikhsafiyev Farhad Shikhvali, 19 was wounded by the enemy. The soldier wounded in the leg has been hospitalized.

Deputy spokesman for the Defense Ministry Teymur Abdullayev confirmed the fact to APA. He said the wounded soldier feels normal.

Shikhsafiyev was drafted from Surakhani district of Baku.

Lieutenant of the military unit Mammadov Shahriyar Bayramgulu was killed as Armenians violated ceasefire on the line of contact in the direction of Kengerli village of Aghdam region.

20th anniversary of the Military Aviation Institute by Marshal A. Khanperyants

On April 6, a grand ceremony was held at the Military Aviation Institute by Marshal A. Khanperyants dedicated to the 20th anniversary of its establishment and activities.
Minister of Defence Seyran Ohanyan, First Deputy Minister of Defence Davit Tonoyan, heads of different departments of MoD and GS, commanders and professional staff of the Institute, freedom fighters, students of the Institute and their parents participated in the ceremony.
In his congratulation speech, Seyran Ohanyan introduced the history and achievements of the Institute. “Today, we can say with confidence that military institution is a modern educational center for the training of professional and skillful specialists in the military art, with great training opportunities and with experienced faculty and commanding staff. For the past 20 years, 612 officers, including pilots, aircraft technicians, communication specialists, air defense experts have been writing the first page of their difficult yet honorable biography in this military establishment.Thanks to efforts of the leadership, the faculty and gifted students, this military educational establishment has also become a center for major innovative research. Suffice it to mention that the development of light unmanned aerial systems which started in 2006 in this institute, resulted in a successful testing of the first unmanned aerial vehicle of the Armenian Armed Forces" said Defense Minister, wishing much determination, dedication, strong willpower and honorable service to the entire staff of the Institute.

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սեյրան Օհանյանը ապրիլի 10-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի նախկին հրամանատար գնդապետ Օլեգ Սմիրյոնովին և ռազմաբազային նորանշանակ հրամանատար, գնդապետ Անդրեյ Ռազինսկիին:
Սեյրան Օհանյանը իր խոսքում նշել է, որ ռազմաբազան վերջին տարիներին մեծ ձեռքբերումներ է ունեցել մարտական պատրաստության գործում: Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նախկին հրամանատար Օլեգ Սմիրյոնովին համակողմանի արդյունավետ աշխատանքի համար և հույս հայտնել, որ նորանշանակ հրամանատարի հետ ևս կշարունակվի սերտ համագործակցությունը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում մի շարք թեմաների քննարկումից զատ Սեյրան Օհանյանը բարձրացրել է հրաձգարանների տարածքների անվտանգության ապահովման խնդիրը և պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել` աջակցել այդ գործում. «Խիստ կարևոր է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գործող ցանկացած հրաձգարանում ապահովվեն անվտանգության բոլոր պահանջները»,- ընդգծել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին ռուս գնդապետները հայտնել են, որ վերջերս Շիրակի մարզում տեղի ունեցած դժբախտ պատահարի կապակցությամբ Ռուսաստանի ռազմական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, դրան զուգահեռ այս պահին աշխատանքներ են տարվում զորավարժարանների տարածքների անվտանգության բարձրացման համար: Ս.Օհանյանը կարևորել է նաև ռազմակայանի հրամանատարության համագործակցությունը տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հետ: Ռուս գնդապետները հայտնել են նաև, որ 102-րդ բազայի հրամանատարությունը իր կողմից աջակցություն կցուցաբերի զոհված երեխաների ընտանիքներին:

Հայաստանում ռուսական «Ավիացիոն բազա» զորամասը, ապրիլի 12-ին, անցկացնում է Բաց դռների օր` նվիրված Ավիացիայի եւ տիեզերագնացության օրվան:

Տոնի ծրագրում են.

- տարբեր տեսակների թռչող ապարատների վերերկրյա ցուցադրություն;

- կործանիչ ավիացիայի թռիչքներ ( առանձին եւ ինքնաթիռների խմբերի կազմում);

- ծանոթություն զորամասի կյանքի եւ կենցաղի հետ;

- դաշտային խոհանոց զինվորական շիլայով եւ թեյով;

Միջոցառմանը հրավիրված են.

- Հայաստանի Պաշտպանության նախարարության, Ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմական բազայի եւ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի ԴԱԾ Սահմանապահ վարչության ղեկավար կազմերը,

- Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության աշխատակիցները,

- ռուսաստանյան եւ ռուս-հայկական ձեռնարկությունների ներյկայացուցիչները;

- ռուս հայրենակիցներ, ուսանողներ եւ դպրոցականներ:

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում «Էրեբունի» օդանավակայանում տեղակայված Ռուսաստանյան ավիացիոն բազայի անհատական կազմը կրում է Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության անդամ երկրների ՀՕՊ միասնական համակարգի հակաօդային պաշտպանության ռազմական հերթապահություն:

Հարավային ռազմական շրջանի տվյալներով` 2012 ուսումնական տարվա ընթացքում ավիաբազայի թռիչքային կազմն իրականացրել է մոտ 800 թռիչք: ՄԻԳ-29 կործանիչների օդաչուները անցկացրել են ավելի քան 500 ուսումնական օդային մարտեր` ինչպես անձնակազմերի անհատական պատրաստման, այնպես էլ խմբերի կազմում:
