I think we were allowed to buy used Russian Army equipment at really good prices.

I think it actually means that we can basically buy from Russian factories without the involvement of the intermediary Rosoboronexport and we will get the weapons at low prices. In other words, we will be buying as if we are the Russian Armed Forces and not be treated as an export country that gets export models. A great deal if true.

Assumption is that it will be the Russian versions since we can purchase directly from the Russian factories.

I see. I didn't mean the current agreements are for used Russian equipment. I meant in the past the agreements were for used equipment.

Արցախի Անկախության 22-ամյակին ընդառաջ, ԼՂՀ Մեխակավանի շրջանում (նախկին Ջաբրայիլ) տեղի է ունեցել խաչքար-սահմանաքարի բացման արարողություն, ինչպես նաև այց ԼՂՀ հարավային շրջանում տեղակայված զորամասեր: Նախաձեռնության հեղինակը ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանն էր: Հայտնում է Panorama.am-ի թղթակիցը:

Միջոցառմանը Ա. Զաքարյանից բացի մասնակցել են ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Մուշեղ Լալայանը Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Էդգար Ղազարյանը, ԱԺ պատգամավոր Շիրակ Թորոսյանը և մի շարք այլ հյուրեր:

Ելույթով հանդես է եկել Ա. Զաքարյանը, ողջունել արարողությանը ներկա ԼՂՀ ՊԲ N զորամասի զինծառայողներին ու միջոցառման հյուրերին: Կարևորելով միջոցառման նշանակությունը, վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ այս նախաձեռնությունը միակը չի լինելու:

Արտակ Զաքարյանն ասել է. «Այստեղից է սկսում մեր Հայրենիքը, այստեղից է սկսում մեր հայրենիքի խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը»:


Այնուհետև միջոցառման հյուրերն այցելել են Արցախի հարավային շրջանում տեղակայված զորամաս, հանդիպումներ ունեցել զինծառայողների ու սպայական անձնակազմի հետ:
