Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

      Seyran Ohanyan visits military unit

      Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan paid an unannounced visit to a military unit this morning, the press service of the Ministry reported.

      The Minister checked the morning procedure and training of soldiers, familiarized himself with the fighting preparedness and the living conditions at the military unit.

      The Minister told the soldiers that each of them should realize that he makes his contribution to the defense of the homeland and that the fighting preparedness of the military unit depends on the conscientious service of each soldier.

      Seyran Ohanyan gave instructions to the military unit’s command so as to eliminate the shortcomings.

        Russian military delegation arrives in Armenia



        A delegation of the Russian Armed Forces arrived in Armenia on April 27.

        The aim of the visit is to determine the methods of joint use of forces and means, to discuss strategy planning, development of armed forces and military equipment, as well as to hold consultations as part of the defense strategy review, the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry reported.

        From the Armenian side, the talks held on April 28 were attended by the heads of the defense policy department of Armenia’s Defense Ministry, heads of operational and strategic planning departments of the Armenian Armed Forces General Headquarters as well as a number of experts.

            Ավտովթարից զորամասի հրամանատար է մահացել

            Ապրիլի 26-ին ժամը 2։00-ի հատվածում Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհին ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացել է պաշտպանության նախարարության զորամասերից մեկի հրամանատար, գնդապետ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը։



            Ռազմինֆոյի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ՊՆ քննչական ծառայության ավագ սպա Մերի Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ դեպքի առնչությամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով։

            Այն է՝ ճանապարհային երթեւեկության եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է մարդու մահ։

            Գնդապետը 45 տարեկան էր, իր խնամքին ուներ 2 անչափահաս երեխա։

              Դեպի առաջնագիծ տանող խորդուբորդ ճանապարհին անընդհատ ինձ բռնացնում էի այն մտքի վրա, որ այլեւս հետաքրքրված չեմ պատերազմներով, էլ ոչ մեկին չեմ ատում, թշնամիներ չունեմ ու այդպես ավելի տխուր է։ Մայրաքաղաքում հողի հոտը մոռանալը հեշտ է, մանավանդ երբ անընդհատ բախվում ես քաղաքական թեմաներով թարմացվող ասֆալտին։ Ամեն բախումից հետո ավելի ու ավելի ես հիասթափվում ու հեռանում հողից…

              Իմ այս մտքերը դեռ երկար կշարունակվեին, եթե մեզ տեղափոխող զինվորական վիլիսը կանգ չառներ խրամատների մոտ՝ փոշու եւ լռության մեջտեղում։ Սահմանը պահող զինվորներն արդեն զգուշացված էին լրագրողների ժամանման մասին, բայց ի տարբերություն մայրաքաղաքի ասֆալտը հսկողների՝ խուճապի չէին մատնվել։ Նրանք ամեն օր սեփական ուժերով են փորում հողը, հարդարում խրամատները, կարգի բերում տարածքն ու փորձում ձայներ որսալ դանդաղ քամու միջից։

              Առաջին գծում զինվորներն ապրում են 14 օր։ Սուր լսողություն ձեռք բերելու եւ վախերից ազատվելու համար նրանք գոնե երկանգամյա դիրքեր բարձրանալու փորձ պիտի ունենան։ «Առաջին անգամ հեշտ չի՝ գիշերը մանավանդ, բայց երբ սովորում ես, դիրքերից զորամաս չես ուզում իջնել»,- պատմում է արարատցի Խաչատուր Ինջոյանը, ով 8 ամիս է` ծառայում է Ասկերանի շրջանում։ Խաչատուրն արդեն 4-րդ անգամն է, ինչ դուրս է գալիս առաջնագիծ: Նրա դասընկերը պատահաբար նույն զորամասում է ծառայում եւ միասին կողք-կողքի հենակետեր են պահում:

              Պաշտպանության բանակի բարեփոխումներից մեկն էլ առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահության նախկին 2 ժամի փոխարինումն է 4 ժամի:

              4 ժամ խրամատը հսկելուց հետո հաջորդ 4 ժամը նրանք հանգստանում են. «Հանգստի ժամին հիմնականում քնում ենք, բայց ցերեկը նաեւ աշխատում ենք, խրամատներն ենք թարմացնում: Իսկ եթե գործ չկա, շախմատ, շաշկի ենք խաղում. ուրիշ բան չկա անելու»,- ասում է Խաչատուրը:

              «Խրամատում հերթապահության ժամանակ հիմնականում մտքերով ես լինում: Ճիշտ է, անընդհատ ուշադրությունդ լարված է, ձայնի է սպասում, բայց միեւնույն ժամանակ մտքովդ տարբեր բաներ են անցնում. մանավանդ գիշերը: Նոր զորակոչված ժամանակ անընդհատ ընտանիքիդ մասին ես մտածում, շատ ես կարոտում: Հետո երբ հարմարվում ես, հասկանում ես, որ երկու տարի պիտի այստեղ ապրես, արդեն էստեղի կյանքիդ մասին ես մտածում: Մեկ-մեկ մտածում եմ, որ վերջացնեմ ծառայությունը, ինչ պիտի անեմ. տարբեր մտքեր եմ ունենում»,- պատմում է Դավիթ Դավթյանը, ով Մասիսից է զորակոչվել Արցախ եւ 3 ամսից զորացրվելու է տուն:

              Դավիթը նույնպես հաստատում է, որ դիրքերում ավելի հետաքրքիր է, քան զորամասում. «Առաջնագծում ավելի լավ ես հասկանում ծառայության կարեւորությունը, զգում ես, որ քեզնից հետո քո ընտանիքն է, իրենց հույսը դու ես… լավ է, որ եկա ծառայության. ծառայելուց ավելի շատ բան ես հասկանում կյանքում»,- ասում է Դավիթը:

              Ասկերանի զորամասի անձնակազմի հետ տարվող աշխատանքների գծով հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արա Քամալյանը 20 տարի եւ 7 ամիս ծառայում է Պաշտպանության բանակում: Նա ասում է, որ այդ տարիների ընթացքում եկել է եզրահանգման, որ հասարակության գաղափարական հասունացումը կարող է լավ բանակի երաշխիք հանդիսանալ:

              «Ստիպողաբար ոչ մի զինվոր լավ չի ծառայի, մենք ավելի շատ ձգտում ենք ոգեշնչել, օրինակներ բերել: Էն հողը, որն իրենք փորում են, խրամատ են սարքում մեր տղաների արյունն է կրում իր մեջ, ու ամեն նոր ծառայողի մենք էդ մասին ասում ենք: Բազմաբնույթ միջոցառումներ ենք կազմակերպում, ազատամարտիկների հետ հանդիպումներ՝ հենց մարտական դիրքում, որ իրենք հասկանան ծառայելու կարեւորությունը»,- ասում է հրամանատարի տեղակալը:

              Առաջնագծից վերադառնալու հաջորդող օրերին տեղեկացանք 3 զինվորների մահվան մասին: Նրանք զոհվել էին սահմանը հսկելու ժամանակ՝ թշնամու դիվերսիոն գործողությունների արդյունքում: Հետո ԼՂՀ ՊՆ-ն հաղորդեց նաեւ հայկական կողմի հակահարվածի եւ ադրբեջանական զոհերի մասին:

                  Armenian Army starts large-scale exercises in occupied Azerbaijani territories

                  Aghdam. Teymur Zahidoglu – APA. Armenian Armed Forces have started large-scale exercises in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.

                  The military exercises are being held in the territory of Uzundere and Shahbulag massif in the occupied Aghdam region. Heavy artillery and armored vehicles are involved in the trainings.

                  Salvos and explosions are being heard not only in Agdam, but also in Terter, Barda and Aghjabadi regions.
