        Azeri sniper training is high priority and they are getting the latest rifles including BMG and top of the line optics with precise mil dot calculation and laser range finders......these posts are within ballistic range.
        Keep the heads down and snipe them back.

          Soldier of Azerbaijani Army killed

          Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. A soldier of the Azerbaijani Army was killed.

          It happened in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic today, APA reports.

          19-year-old soldier Zaur Hasanli was killed as Armenians violated ceasefire.

          Hasanli was drafted from Terter region.

            STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the south-east borderline of the republic and inspected the current state of defense system.

            President Sahakyan handed over “For Courage” and “For Service in Battle” medals to a group of army servicemen for repelling an infiltration towards military positions of the NKR Defense Army.

            In his speech Bako Sahakyan underlined that everything would be done for further strengthening and securing the state’s borders.

            The President was accompanied by National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, Vice Prime Minister Arthur Aghabekyan, Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan and other officials.

                  Armenia and Italy defense ministers discuss military cooperation

                  Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, who is in Belgium on a working visit, on Tuesday met with Italian Minister of Defence, Ms. Roberta Pinotti, and discussed Armenian-Italian bilateral military cooperation.

                  The Italian side highly appreciated Armenia’s participation in the operations toward the maintenance of international peace and stability.

                  The interlocutors also conferred on regional and international security issues. In this context, Armenia’s defense minister gave a high assessment to Italy’s constructive and balanced approach toward regional matters.

                  At the end of the talk, the defense ministers of the two countries signed a technical agreement between the MODs of Armenia and Italy, and with respect to cooperation and assistance within the framework of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL). The agreement will regulate the procedures whereby an Armenian peacekeeping platoon will be included in the UNIFIL Italian brigade.
