Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. The Azerbaijani Armed Forces has put its artillery on alert.



APA’s Karabakh bureau reports that the artillery divisions of the Azerbaijani Army along the frontline are on alert. Guns, mortars, reactive and self-propelled artillery systems are in a state targeting the back defensive posts and the points in the first echelon of the enemy.



“Our artillery batteries took their positions and are ready to battle. Our artillery systems are able to destroy far objects of the Armenian Army along the frontline and great destructive power”, an artillery officer said.



On the night of August 1-2 the Azerbaijani side has manufactured automated mortars and D-30 howitzers in order to thwart the large-scale subversive plans that Armenians intended to carry out in Terter direction. As a result, Armenians’ defensive positions and back points were destroyed.

Armenia was the second in the first round of the 2014 World Tank Biathlon individual race, the first tank biathlon championship held in Russia.

The Russian team has won the first round with 26 minutes and 39 seconds, while Armenia was the second with 28 minutes and 58 seconds, RIA Novosti reported.

Only the Russian, Armenian and Chinese teams finished the round complying with all the rules and without serving penalty time, chief referee Yury Petrov said.

The championship brought together participants from 12 countries, including from Russia, Angola, Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.

If they fire first , how bad will the consequences be for us ?

Sadly war without casualties is not possible.

In a war both sides fire at each other.

If they fire first then all our counteractions will be justified.

Then a more important question has to be answered .... Who will stop firing last.



PS. The sooner we push them down to the lowlands the less vulnerable we will be to surprise attacks, as well as gain a range advantage.

Giving Iskander to Azeris means they can target russian military base accurately, and also have great leverage on Armenia and Iran. Giving Iskander to Armenia, will mean Baku is not safe anymore, not even with their new fancy S300.
It's almost impossible to intercept Iskander. I hope Russians are not that stupid to piss off their allies.
If it's deployed in Armenia, it will be in Russian hands.

The article you are referring to states (I paraphrase): on the night of 8/1 & 8/2 the hominoids destroyed the front & rear lines of the RA army with with howitzers & automated mortars.
It is abundantly clear --- THAT NEVER HAPPENED ---.
They are the ones who suffered large losses and failed in -- THEIR -- attempted subversive aggression.
As usual as has been pointed out by Fed or Joseph, they (turcees) to our east are twisting the truth 180 degrees.
There is a legitimate concern for these large caliber weapons being moved by them (hominoids) to the line of contact.
If they use those weapons in the fashion stated, a MASSIVE retaliation by us will insue & EMMEDIATLY.
After that, --- it's all out WAR ---.

We never fired large caliber guns across line of contact. The act of 8/1 & 2 was only an attack of their foot soldiers (special forces lol) & we repelled them with a much smaller group of our ordinary (precious) young infantry.

Azerbaijani Army loses two more soldiers - UPDATED

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. One more armed incident occurred in the Azerbaijani Army.

APA reports that it was recorded in the Defense Ministry’s military unit in Beylegan.

22-year-old soldier Javid Jalil Mammadov died as a result of the fire opened from his service weapon.

The Defense Ministry’s press service confirmed the fact to APA.

The Military Prosecutor's Office has launched a criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.

Mammadov was drafted from Aghstafa region.

Ադրբեջանում 40-ամյա մայոր է մահացել բուժման գումար չունենալու պատճառով

Օգոստոսի 4-ի լույս 5-ի գիշերը Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի մայոր, 1974-ին ծնված Ռաշիդ Նաբի օղլու Մամեդովը մահացել է քաղցկեղից։ Մինչ իր մահը մայորն օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել էր ադրբեջանական մի շարք լրատվամիջոցների։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է ադրբեջանական Modern.az կայքը, մայորը մահացել է Գյոյգոլ քաղաքի իր վարձու բնակարանում, որտեղ բնակվում էր կնոջ ու երեխայի հետ։ Ֆինանսական սուղ միջոցների հետևանքով չի հաջողվել հուղարկավորության արարողությունը կազմակերպել շրջկենտրոնում, նրան հողին են հանձնել Աբլախ գյուղում։

Նկատենք, որ ըստ աղբյուրի՝ մայորն իր ռազմական գործունեության 80 տոկոսն անցկացրել է առաջնագծում, շուրջ 20 տարի նվիրել է ադրբեջանական բանակին։ Նրա մայրը որդու մահվանից որոշ ժամանակ առաջ նամակով դիմել է լրատվամիջոցներին՝ հաղորդելով, որ իր որդու առողջական վիճակը վատթարացել էր 2013-ի սեպտեմբերին։ Ապա նա բուժզննում է անցել Բաքվի հոսպիտալում, որտեղ էլ քաղցկեղ են ախտորոշել։ Հոսպիտալում բուժում անցնելու հետո ՊՆ-ն ուղարկել է նրան Թուրքիայի Գյուլհանե հոսպիտալ, որտեղից սակայն 2 ամիս անց հետ են կանչել՝ բացատրելով, թե բուժման ծախսերը պետությունը չի կարող հոգալ։ Մոր խոսքերով՝ որդին մահացել է «պետության կողմից արհամարհական վերաբերմունքի պատճառով»։

Նշենք, որ ադրբեջանական բաց աղբյուրների տվյալների համաձայն՝ ադրբեջանական զինուժը 2014-ի օգոստոսին ունի արդեն 19 զոհ։
