Both sides officially denied but I would not doubt it is being kept under wraps to ease tensions. Such position grabs have happened in the past at Martakert where we advanced a few years ago and it was only revealed months later. The alleged advance seems to have happened around Julfa region of Nakhichevan, in response to shooting of two Armenian soldiers a few days ago.

That's some very good news.
There is a big road going near that border where azeris regulary shooted on civilians . We took action , very good .

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) armed group has committed provocation against the state symbols of Azerbaijan and Turkey.

Making calls on social networks, members of the armed group announced that they would soon establish “Islamic state” on the territories of Azerbaijan and Turkey, APA reports.

They also portrayed the maps and national flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey on a black background. The seal of Prophet Muhammad was reflected on the maps and flags.

Arabic phrase La Ilaha ill-Allah (there is no god but Allah) was written on the seal and Muhammad Rasulullah inside the seal.

Spokesman for the Ministry of National Security Arif Babayev told APA that all necessary measures are being taken to prevent possible threats to the national interests and security of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the operational environment is controlled.

After seizing Mosul and Tikrit, ISIS forces are moving toward the capital Baghdad.

I would take that with ha grain of salt, these savages are getting too kocky and will be given a lesson in humility soon.
