From your provided link, It does not take much to see this is an azeri site thus reliability/propagand value.

    .
I am aware of that hahahaha. Just because it is an Azeri site doesn't exactly mean the figures they put out isn't accurate at all. While mainstream Azeri media isn't reliable one bit, these numbers actually happen to correspond with the numbers on the NKR Army wikipedia page, which I can not access the direct source. Although, the source seems to be from completely different and neutral third party sites.

It doesn't mean that this is true, but it should be considered. Razm.info actually puts its estimates for the number of T72s in NKR way higher than this site.

Note also that the Razm.infoyi estimates, the Army has a total of around ~ 530-540 units of T-72. For more details you can visit Armenia and Azerbaijan "balance tank" issue in the article. (Can someone find that article?)
http://razm.info/26486 (Same as my last post, last one in the listed three)

(Actually took a look at the rest of the page, and it reeks of Azeri propaganda. It even compares Armenia to Nazi Germany lol. Although, these numbers must be considered. I believe its actually much lower than that. I think its somewhere around 200+)

Why not use (closest to) the original source.

Azerbaijan in missile warning to Armenia amid tensions
          08 August 2014 Friday

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said it would give a very sharp and adequate
to defend the Mingachevir Hydroelectric Power Plant after Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan
recently said that Armenian armed forces were going to sabotage it.

Azerbaijan has warned Armenia against any attempts to sabotage its Mingachevir Hydroelectric Power Plant,
following days of unrest along the border, with shoot-outs between soldiers claiming a number of lives.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said it would give a very sharp and adequate to defend the facility,
after Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan recently said that Armenian armed forces were going to sabotage it.

"The Azerbaijani Armed Forces are capable of striking any military facility located in the territories occupied by the enemy or in Armenia itself.
The people of Armenia should know that such provocations will lead to more severe consequences for them," the ministry said in a statement.

According to Azernews, the ministry also said it was capable of fulfilling the order to wipe the Armenian capital city Yerevan off the face of the earth with missiles.

Sporadic fighting has continued along the border since July 31, a flare up of tensions that have existed
since Armenia made territorial claims on the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region in 1988, which culminated in all-out war between the two south Caucasus nations in 1992.

Despite a ceasefire signed in 1994, the two neighbors are still technically at war as negotiations continue 20 years on.
However, Armenia's refusal to implemented the U.N. Security Council's four resolutions
on the liberation of the Nagorno-Karabakh region makes lasting peace appear unlikely to take shape in the near future.

          --------------------------------------------------

This seems like an old news but I was not aware such an exchange occured.

Go to the page, you won't be able to access any of the sources. (One looks like a PDF, that is now gone) I tried contacting the user who submitted that source but the I have had no luck. Either way, what is said in that wiki page is simply a highlight of what is said in the source, so even if its a stupid as hell Azeri media outlet, we have to take into consideration what our enemy is claiming, and then attempt to compare that information to other numbers and examine it.

              I found this from 2012/2013

              ARMENIA
Although Armenia has expressed its full support for the Treaty, Armenia has not fulfilled some of its Treaty obligations. Compliance issues, all previously reported, include: (1) declared reduction liabilities that are not in accord with Treaty requirements, with consequent failure to complete necessary reductions; (2) reported stationing of forces on the territory of Azerbaijan without Azerbaijani consent; (3) apparent failure to declare all MT-LBu variant armored personnel carrier (APC) look-alikes; (4) possible unreported holdings of conventional armaments and equipment subject to the Treaty; and (5) possible failure to report BTR-80 armored vehicles as APCs or APC look-alikes. It is unclear whether progress can be made on the first two issues outside the context of a political settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh (N-K) conflict, which is the focus of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group’s mediation efforts. In addition, see the Collective Obligations section.

              New Compliance Issue in 2012

Possible failure to declare Conventional Armaments and Equipment Subject to the Treaty: An inspection conducted by Denmark at Yeghvard, Armenia, June 4-7, 2012, observed TLE – almost 60 battle tanks, over 50 armored infantry fighting vehicles, and about 120 APCs – not assigned to this site, some of which had Russian markings. The Armenian escort team said the equipment belonged to Russian forces stationed at the 102nd military base in Gyumri, Armenia, and that Armenian experts were assessing its condition to determine whether to refurbish and return it to service or to scrap or cannibalize it. The Danish inspection team said it was not possible to determine the ownership of the equipment. It is unclear if Armenia is conducting maintenance on this equipment and whether it will be returned to Russia, destroyed, or transferred to Armenia.

Armenia has approached NATO and in October 2012, discussed support options for destroying excess equipment at Yeghvard.

Steps the United States Has Taken and Armenian Response in 2012: In 2012, the United States did not conduct any inspections of Armenian forces. NATO allies conducted four inspections, three of which included a U.S. inspector. Additionally, Germany conducted a bilateral training inspection in Armenia.

During informal discussions at NATO in the autumn of 2012, a U.S. representative raised with an Armenian representative the issue of the number of BTR-80s in Armenia’s holdings, recounting what had been observed at the September 2011 military parade in Yerevan. The U.S. representative also raised concern about the equipment in Yeghvard recently inspected by Denmark.

The United States and NATO allies have continued to raise compliance issues in the Treaty’s Joint Consultative Group (JCG) as well as in bilateral discussions. The N-K conflict appears to be a major influence affecting most of Armenia’s compliance issues, as well as an important factor in the issue of uncontrolled and unaccounted for equipment limited by the Treaty. See the OSCE Minsk Group Activity section for further discussion of the N-K conflict.
We might have more than 50 BTR-80s.

Is Armenia working with Kamaz????? I know this is old...and already posted by the great and glorious burjuin, but I think it requires some more analysis.

Was this trial held in Armenia? The armored vehicle is a BPM-97 MRAP. Armenia does not officially operate this. Although, Azerbaijan does.
