Ադրբեջանում ավտովթարի հետևանքով զինծառայողներ են մահացել

Ադրբեջանում Բաքու-Ղուբա ավտոճանապարհին դեկտեմբերի 18-ին իրար են բախվել Iveco մակնիշի բեռնատար և Tofash մակնիշի մարդատար ավտոմեքենաները։ Վթարի արդյունքում դեպքի վայրում մահացել են մարդատարի վարորդը և ուղևորը։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ադրբեջանական «ԱՊԱ» գործակալությունը։

Ադրբեջանական moderator.az կայքը հայտնում է, որ վթարի արդյունքում մահացածները զինծառայողներ են: 1985-ին ծնված Ասգերով Թահիր օղլու Էմիլը կապիտան է և Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ զորամասերից մեկում ծառայել է որպես վաշտի հրամանատար, իսկ 1980-ին ծնված Մուրադով Էմանուլլա օղլու Ռահաթը ենթասպա` դասակի հրամանատար։ Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այս առիթով որևէ մեկնաբանություն չի հրապարակել:

Պատճառը կարող է լինել այն, որ 2014-ի սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը ստորագրեց հրամանագիր, որով հանձնարարեց սկսել աշխատանքներ՝ տեղեկատվական անվտանգության բացերը լրացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն խստացրեց պետական գաղտնիք հանդիսացող տեղեկատվության վերահսկումը։ Որպես դրա օրինակ նշենք, որ պաշտոնական լրահոսում, ինչպես նաև լրատվական կայքերում կտրուկ նվազել են տեղեկությունները բանակում գրանցված միջադեպերի և կորուստների վերաբերյալ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ տեղեկատվական անգտագնության բացթողումներն Ադրբեջանում ի հայտ եկան 2014-ի օգոստոսին, երբ հայ-ադրբեջանական ուժերի շփման գծում գրանցված սուր լարվածության ժամանակ տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներ և անհատներ համացանցում տեղադրեցին տեղեկություններ ադրբեջանական զինուժի կրած կորուստների, ինչպես նաև զորքերի տեղաշարժի վերաբերյալ։

Azerbaijani MFA: Armenia has deployed Japan-made military hardware in Nagorno-Karabakh, acquiring it through a third side

Baku. Rufat Ahmadazada – APA. Armenia has deployed Japan-made military hardware in Nagorno-Karabakh, acquiring it through a third side, spokesman for Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry Hikmet Hajiyev told APA.

Hikmet Hajiyev commented on the spread of reports and images of the Armenian Armed Forces, deployed in Azerbaijan’s occupied territories, using heavy military hardware made by Japan’s Hino Company, noting that Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry has investigated the matter.

Under the Foreign Ministry’s instructions, the Azerbaijani embassy in Japan held a meeting at the Japanese Foreign Ministry to investigate the issue. The ministry said Japan does not export weapons and ammunition to conflicting states according to its constitution and legislation. Therefore, the Japanese side denied selling any weapons and ammunition or heavy military hardware to the Republic of Armenia. The Azerbaijani embassy in Japan even contacted Hino Company over the matter. The company too confirmed that it hasn’t sold any military vehicle or product to Armenia,” the MFA spokesman said.

According to Hikmet Hajiyev, the possibility of Armenia obtaining these vehicles through a third side can not be ruled out, either.

“It seems the Armenian side has again lied, providing false data on the end-user information, which is required for the import of military products. So sides exporting this kind of products need to pay much attention to “end-user certificates” which have to be required during such export processes, complying with the regime for control on the export of military products”.

Yes there was talking about this months ago...they are referring to the Hino trucks being used by our military.

Ohhh so thats what they are talking about,my guess is we might have bought them from iran,because iran is overwhelmed with these trucks,having seen lots of them before when i visited tehran few months ago

Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Տավուշի մարզի Արծվաբերդ սահմանամերձ գյուղում շահագործման հանձնվեց պաշտպանության նախարարության միջոցներով կառուցված հերթական բնակելի շենքը` նախատեսված սպաների և նրանց ընտանիքների համար:
Բնակարանամուտի արարողությանը ներկա էր պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: 12 սպայի նոր բնակարանի բանալիները և սեփականաշնորհման վկայականներ հանձնելով` նախարարը շնորհավորանքի խոսքում կարևորեց սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմաններն ու կեցության հարցը զինծառայողների համար, քանզի յուրաքանչյուր սպա պետք է ունենա իր ջերմ անկյունը, որպեսզի կարողանա բարեխղճորեն շարունակել ծառայությունը: Նախարարը փաստեց, որ առաջիկայում Տավուշի մարզում ևս 50 ընտանիք կապահովվի բնակարաններով:
Այնուհետև պաշտպանության նախարարը հանդիպում ունեցավ 3-րդ բանակային զորամիավորման ենթակա զորամասերից մեկի զինանձնակազմի և տարածաշրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, հանդիպման ընթացքում ամփոփվեցին 2014 թ. աշխատանքներն ու քննարկվեցին հետագա անելիքները:
Սեյրան Օհանյանն արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանի և Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի հետ այցելեց նաև մարտական հենակետեր: Նրանք ծանոթացան մարտական հերթապահության կրման պայմաններին, զինծառայողների մարտական պատրաստականությանն ու բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին, ինչպես նաև հետաքրքրվեցին նրանց առօրյայով ու կենցաղային պայմաններով:
Տավուշի մարզում շրջայցը եզրափակվեց ռազմական ոստիկանության զորամասերից մեկում, որտեղ նախարարները մասնակցեցին 3-րդ կայազորային կարգապահական վաշտի բացման արարողությանը:

Yes there was talking about this months ago...they are referring to the Hino trucks being used by our military.

I don't think azerbaijan would be threatened by some trucks. It is possible that there are other things that we bought from japan.

They don't have to feel threatened, they could be just trying to make a scene out of everything.
