I will restate a question I have always stated when confronted with this question..who is gona replace them and is it better for the country to suffer a revolt and be governed by these new leaders. If there is a new leadership ready it would only be the Kocharian and Tsarukian gang who in my opinion are no different then Serje but might give the society an illusion of change it so much desires. Besides more of the same old..who is there to lead who has the know how and sophistication required? Revolution is a very costly affair and you better make sure the outcome is worth the cost otherwise you will I be most likely shooting yourself in the foot then paying a hefty bill to fix it back to where it was when you began.

We're nottalking about revolt or a maydan. That will destroy country.
We are talking about a group that is not particularly Intended in replacing current power, but being a check to them. Forcing some oligarchs out of politics and not being a block to changes.
Their actions will actually prevent from a maydan occurring in Armenia.

Eh Spetsnaz jan ench asem..arten hognelem RIP aselov. Sirts tsavuma amen jaheli hamar. Menk petka chmoranank erants yeh erants zohaberutyunn.
Hakob jan what you propose sounds good but so long as they persecute those in power, they will be hunted and exterminated unless they exterminate those in power. The kind of checks and balances you are proposing does not exist anywhere because one will kill the other..its a zero sum game. What you need is a educated ruling class which develops sophistication via experience. Non of the countries we deem as having "good leadership" developed it over night. It takes generations to develop the experience and sophistication and most of all it takes stability to enhance it and make it successful. We do not have good leaders because we are new to selfrule. These crooks and idiots who rule the country will send their kids to school. These kids will get the education they need. The kids of the kids will grow up in a educated environment and develop a sophisticated society. Only then can we hope to have the rulers we want. The question is can we as a country last that long? To be honest I like most of the foreign policy decisions made by the existing rulers. It is their lack of imagination that seems to limit them on the domestic front. We have lots of land now yet the government cant figure out how to make good use of it. Instead of capitalizing on our hard fought victories we are seeing the emptying of the countryside and villages. There is so much that can be done with minimal investments but they are not coming up with the ideas to do it. It is frustrating for me to watch this all happen especially when I can think of many of the solutions so easily yet they cannot find these solutions even if their lives depend on it(which they may). Good opportunities go unused simply because they are not identified as opportunities by those in charge. It is exactly this type of situation which I am referring to when I speak of sophistication. Armenia has more potential then her leaders recognize and this will not change for some time.
        Hayastan or Bust.

I don't know how we're at anything short of war at this point. During the war, we were only losing 2-3 people day. The only difference was we were liberating territory and taking out 15 of them a day.

                    Yes, very close to war.
The enemy's now continuous "probe" is a level above their previous conduct.
This action(s) are one step below declared war.
If not for our continuous repelling of these probes, the enemy would have oportunisticaly have pressed for greater advantage. They would have then pressed for full scale war. They are showing great caution while showing no caution for belligerence.
They are playing a weird game.
No dought there is a significant pickup of of lethal probing on their part. Except for the lack of a continued attack, these actions are identicle to war and a new phase in this turc/jerk act.

We need to purchase one of these http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/IDF_Caterpillar_D9 and set up walls & extra defences at the Tavush front, civilians are dying and it is unacceptable.
