In this video, you can see what I believe to be Armenian modifications done to an MT-LB. Artillery has been added to it. Can someone identify it? Is it T-12?

Not to mention that the Lebanese Army has a few top generals who are ethnic Armenians, including the man shaking Ohanian's hand - Manuel Kirejian. The Lebanese Army is set for a huge boost to its ties to the French who will be providing it with $3 billion worth of arms. Russia has also actively been trying to arm the Lebanese Army to gain influence over it. Finally, the Lebanese Army is fighting against ISIS and any military fighting ISIS is useful to have ties to. Its importance, arms & skills are improving because the US, France & Russia are all paying attention to it.

To add to that:

Lebanon has strong ties to Iran, which is our only trusted neighbor, and it's always important to maintain that relationship

It's the only Arab nation to have recognized the AG, and we want to maintain those relations

It's in a constant risk of instability, and it's nice to remind the government to look out for the Armenians there next time s--- hits the fan

Baku – APA. An diversion attempt of Armenian armed forces was prevented.

The Defense Ministry said that the Armenian reconnaissance-sabotage group attempted to attack the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces on March 11.

Thanks to the high vigilance of Azerbaijan’s soldiers, this attempt of the enemy was detected in advance. After an intensive firefight, the Armenian forces were forced to retreat by suffering heavy losses.

Atayev Anar Mamed, an extended serviceman of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, was killed during the firefight.

The Defense Ministry’s leadership offers condolences to the relatives the deceased soldier.

Armenia company testing new system against adversary sniper


YEREVAN. – The testing of a new measure against an adversary’s sniper is in progress.

The Armenian Locator Company representative told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am at the annual Products and Services Awards presented by the Government of Armenia.

“The experiments are underway; their main objective is to create a system to detect the snipers of the adversary,” the company representative noted. “We remain committed to completing the job, since we do it for peace in our country.”
