This soldier died mysteriously right after an incursion attempt with astonishingly low Armenian causulties. Indicating that this soldier most likely died during this attempt, and for the sake of propaganda the MoD didn't include at least 2 deaths.
Armenian colony of Glendale will conquer all of California!

If he died from bullet wounds, it will be apparent on his body when it is handed over to his family who would more than likely make a lot of noise that the authorities lied to them about the way he died. This isn't Azerbaijan where they cover every and all kind of dissent up. There is a degree of checks and balances that exist in Armenia and such cases are not without precedent. Armenian families of killed soldiers have a history of talking to media about their concerns or staging demonstrations about allegations that MoD covered up the cause of deaths of their sons (usually to conceal hazing deaths).

The more head scratching case is how/why that soldier crossed the border to Azerbaijan. There's many theories on the Internet right now including wild allegations that he was actually kidnapped by Azerbaijan during the incursion or that he was a spy and fled to avoid capture. The usual things about getting lost or escaping hazing are there too. If this soldier was actually captured during the incursion, why didn't Azerbaijan parade him as usual on the day of his capture? They would have a field day about how they caught an Armenian saboteur and that this is proof that Azerbaijan was only defending itself and not the other way around.

Weird, wonder if this had something to do with the skirmish.

The theories stretch more than that,Azeri news agencies are saying that its probably because of panic in the Armenian front, which puts our armies reputation into steak

Yes yes, that one has been a constant since 1994. Armenia is weak, Azerbaijan strong. Armenians wanna go to Azerbaijan just for food, our soldiers are hungry etc.

New video has more details of what happened on March 19. There's images of bloodied snow and broken branches. They say that Azeri bodies lay in the front and were recovered only at night by a large group of their soldiers.

I agree: Every publication from Hetq, Lragir, to ArmeniaNow would be fighting each other to be the first to report on any coverup. No family would be okay with their son dying in defense of their country being reported for some weakling suicide or being a traitor. Also it just seems like the worst and most amateurish job of coverup. just 24 hours later to say someone died of mysterious reasons. There would have at least waited a while and found something more creative to say.

This isn't Azerbaijan where mysterious military death protests end like this

With that said, the country is going to expect clear information on these events. I expect we will get that information in the coming days. If we don't then you can start realistically considering a cover up

You will see a picture like this when people can't take it anymore of an incompetent military command led by equal government leading their sons to pointless and meaningless death. This could one day lead to revolution.
The key for us is to make azeri incursions as costly for them as possible.
Turks are never used to dying for ideals or principles. They need to see a payback. Some loot or plunder or some gain that would make martirdom justified.
We drew a line in 1990-94 of where their justification of dying for a territory lies. Where lies the land, which is not and will not be theirs by ther measure of sacrifice.

                    2 things.
                    1) we dont hide any of our deaths no matter what were the conditions.
                    2) I assure you theres no panic on our side on the front.

Spokesman of Armenia's MOD reflects on possible comments by Azerbaijani side

The Press Spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan has reflected on the possible comments by Azerbaijan regarding the contract soldier of the Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Private Andranik Grigoryan's going across to the rival's side. As reports "Armenpress", the Press Spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artrun Hovhannisyan made a post on this on Facebook and particularly underscored:
"There is no need to comment on the action of the contract soldier of the Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Private Andranik Grigoryan, who had left the arms on the combat position going across to the rival's side. Notwithstanding, in our opinion, the Azerbaijanis will soon make comments saying that he alone, armed to the teeth, attacked Azerbaijan and their askyars hardly managed to eliminate the Armenian Rambo."
