Սոցիալական ցանցերից Ռազմինֆոյին հայտնի է դարձել Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շարքերում գրանցված հերթական սպանության մասին, այս անգամ՝ Նախիջևանի առանձին համազորային բանակում։

Մասնավորապես հայտնի է դարձել, որ Նախիջևանի Շահբուզի շրջանում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում զինծառյաող Ասիմ Մեմմեդզադեն (Asim Məmmədzadə) իր ծառայողական զենքից կրակել է ծառայակից Գուրբանով Փերվիզ Էլսեվեր օղլուին (Qurbanov Pərviz Elsevər oğlu), ով ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից մահացել է։

Պաշտոնական աղբյուրներն այս միջադեպը որևէ կերպ չեն մեկնաբանում։

Հավելենք, որ 2015-ի հունիսին սա Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերում և պաշտպանական համակարգի այլ կառույցներում զինծառայողնեի մահվան 11-րդ դեպքն է, որի մասին հայտնի է դարձել։

Սոցիալական ցանցերից Ռազմինֆոյին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Նախիջևանի Քենգերլի շրջանում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում կախվելու եղանակով ինքնասպան է եղել զինծառայող, որի մահվան մասին պաշտոնական աղբյուրները լռում են։Ինքնասպան եղած զինվորականի անձնական տվյալները դեռևս հայտնի չեն, սակայն նշվում է, որ նա պայմանագրային զինծառայող էր։

Հավելենք, որ 2015-ի հունիսին սա Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերում և պաշտպանական համակարգի այլ կառույցներում զինծառայողնեի մահվան 12-րդ դեպքն է, որի մասին հայտնի է դարձել։

Armenia and Russia reach agreement on nuclear disaster response

YEREVAN. – Armenia and Russia will exchange information on nuclear disasters.

The draft of the respective intergovernmental agreement has been approved at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of Armenia.

The agreement provides that in the case of a nuclear accident in one of these countries—and within the framework of peaceful use of atomic energy—, the injured party will immediately inform the partner country and disseminate information about contamination.

The agreement is compliant with the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident.

June 23 celebrates the day of ARM Armed Forces Logisticians

In the ARM Armed Forces holiday calendar, June 23rd marks the day of ARM Armed Forces logisticians.
The ARM Armed Forces rear services were created throughout the ongoing defensive operations on our country’s borders, in order to provide necessary equipment to self-defense detachments.
During these days, the rear’s primary efforts consisted of providing necessary equipment to self-defense detachments and newly formed military units.
The acquisition of POL (petroleum, oil and lubricants) materials, provisions, and uniforms, was of particular significance for the rear.
All the objectives were implemented by overcoming major difficulties, considering the lack of material bases, reserves, platforms, and adequate experts.
In the upcoming years, various development programs were implemented for the ARM AF Read Department, through which its subdivisions are able to successfully carry out tasks. Today, the ARM AF Department of Rear represents a sophisticated and harmonious structure.
On the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the formation of the ARM AF Read Department, several servicemembers of the rear were awarded with administrative medals, certificates, and acknowledgement letters, by the decree of the ARM Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, for conscientiously executing their duties.

From June 23 to 27, the Chief of ARM AF Engineering Forces Department will participate in the regular session of the committee on engineering matters for CIS member states in Minsk, and from June 22 to 27, servicemembers from the military units of the ARM Engineering Forces will take part in the joint trainings intended for subdivisions of military engineering forces.

Really want the parade tp come sooner so we can see the new weapons. Im 80% sure we will see some armenian made weapons whether its assault rifles or even armored vehicles. Heck, we might even see the hayk vehicles.

If you reread Mher's post, you'll see he says 250 million is spent on police and then he says that's half of military budget.
So ... 500 million on military.

I think in our observations we are missing some important parameters.

In any autocratic government part of the military/police force is used to protect itself from its people.
Invariably those units are manned by selected personnel loyal to the ruling party.
Immediately at this point you loose the institutional nature of the police force.
They become tool of the ruling elite.

Autocratic governments do not want to depart from government because its just to lucrative for them.

So when we say 50% of the military budget is used on the police as wastage, our accounting is incomplete.
That 50% is just the “business” overhead.
The business being the revenue generated and filtered that end up in the pockets of the few.
Just as in any business, overhead is just a fraction of the generated profits.
