Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)

1] What you CAN NOT post.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene

You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)

The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!


2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.

This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.

3] Keep the focus.

Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.

4] Behave as you would in a public location.

This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.

5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.

Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.

Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.

        Հուլիսի 5-ին` ժամը 01:55-ի սահմաններում, Բերձոր-Ստեփանակերտ ավտոմայրուղու 28-րդ կմ-ում ճանապարհատրասնպորտային պատահարի պատճառով մահացել են ՊԲ զինծառայողներ Սասուն Սամվելի Զիրոյանը (ծնվ. 1989թ.) և Մարատ Գրիգորիի Թադևոսյանը (ծնվ. 1987թ.): Եվս երկու զինծառայող՝ Ալիկ Տիգրանի Պետրոսյանը (ծնվ. 1992թ.) և Սարգիս Արարատի Գևորգյանը ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՊԲ կայքը:

        Դեպքի մանրամասները պարզելու համար կատարվում է քննություն:

        Պաշտպանության բանակը կիսում է կորստյան ծանր վիշտը և իր զորակացությունը հայտնում մահացած զինծառայողների ընտանիքների անդամներին, հարազատներին և ծառայակիցներին:

          [Լրացված] Պայթյուն Ադրբեջանի ռազմարդյունաբերական գործարաններից մեկում, կա զոհ

          Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 6-ին, պայթյուն է եղել Ադրբեջանի Շիրվան քաղաքի «Տելեմեխանիկա» ռազմարդյունաբերական գործարանի վառոդի արտադրամասում: Պայթյունի արդյունքում գործարանի աշխատակիցներից մեկը մահացել է: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ադրբեջանական Haqqin լրատվակայքը:

          Բացի մահացած մեկ աշխատակիցը, ևս մոտ 20 աշխատակիցներ այրվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Շիրվանի բժշկական հաստատություններ, իսկ հենց գործարանի տարածքում աշխատում են շտապօգնության բրիգադներ:

          [Լրացում] Ռուսաստանյան «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ պայթյունի հետևանքով մահացել է երկու աշխատակից: Սակայն գործարանի տնօրենն ադրբեջանական «ԱՊԱ» գործակալությանը հայտնել է, որ երկու մահացածի մասին տեղեկությունները սխալ են, իսկ պայթյունը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, եղել է արտադրամասում էլեկտրական լարերի կարճ միացման պատճառով:

          Ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցի տվյալներով՝ գործարանն արտադրել է խոշոր տրամաչափի փամփուշտներ: Պայթյունից հետո գործարան է եկել Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանական արդյունաբերության նախարար Յավեր Ջամալովը:

            Հայաստանում «Իսկանդերներ» տեղակայելու նպատակը Հարավային Կովկասում Ռուսաստանի դաշնակցի անվտանգության ապահովումն է։ Այս մասին haqqin.az-ին հայտարարել է ՌԴ քաղաքական եւ ռազմական ինստիտուտի վերլուծական բաժնի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Խրամչիխինը։

            «Նպատակն անվտանգության ապահովումն է, իսկ թե որ կողմից, դա երկրորդական հարց է։ Հրթիռի վրա հո գրված չէ, թե ում դեմ է այն ուղղված՝ Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի, թե՞ ԻՊ գրոհայինների։ Հրթիռները ուղղված են լինելու Հայաստանի ցանկացած թշնամու դեմ, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի։ Ի միջի այլոց Վրաստանը նույնպես այդ ցուցակում է, քանի որ այդ հանրապետությունը Ռուսաստանի հակառակորդն է եւ կարող է խոչընդոտել ռազմական տեխնիկան Հայաստան տեղափոխելուն»,- հայտարարել է ռուս ռազմական փորձագետը։

            Նա նաեւ հիշեցրել է, որ Ադրբեջանը ժամանակին Ռուսաստանից գնել է Ս-300 ՊՄՈՒ-2 տեսակի 3 դիվիզիոն, որոնք կարող են պաշտպանել «Իսկանդերների» հարձակումներից։

            «Այստեղ պետք է մի կարեւոր մանրուք հասկանանք։ Ամեն բան կախված կլինի իրավիճակի մարտավարության հաշվարկների նախապատրաստումից։ Եթե «Իսկանդերը» գործի դնեն հանկարծակի, ապա Ս-300 ՊՄՈՒ-2-ն չի հասցնի արձագանքել. այն ուղղակի չեն հասցնի միացնել։ Եթե պատերազմն արդեն ընթանում է, եւ դիվիզիոնները մարտական վիճակի են բերվել, ապա «Իսկանդերի» հարվածը կարելի է հետ մղել։

            Ի միջի այլոց, ՆԱՏՕ-ն դժվար թե ձեզ օգնի։ Նախ Ադրբեջանին ՆԱՏՕ չեն ընդունի։ Դա բոլորն են հասկանում։ Եվ հետո, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ լինելը չի բարձրացնում ինչ-որ մեկի անվտանգությունը։ Ենթադրենք, Ադրբեջանը դարձավ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ, մի՞թե դա երաշխավորում է, որ «Իսկանդերը» չի ընկնի Բաքվի վրա»,-ընդգծել է Խրամչիխինը։

                  These filths use the "peaceful means" every time we purchase weapons to prevent it, but when they buy it it's for "liberating","the holy duty" and funniest of all to go back to "historical Azeri lands "

Azerbaijan’s resolute position is that these arms should not be deployed in its territories occupied by Armenia, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Hikmat Hajiyev told APA while commenting on the fact that Russia has granted Armenia a $200 million sift loan to buy weapons and help modernize its armed forces.

                  Hajiyev said this matter is being investigated by the Azerbaijani side.

                  “The deployment of these arms in the occupied Azerbaijani territories can have a negative impact on the settlement of the conflict by peaceful means,” Hajiyev added.

                      Karabakh army starts combat-readiness inspections

                      STEPANAKERT. – Comprehensive combat-readiness inspections have begun at the military units under the central command of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army.

                      The inspections have kicked off on Monday, and they are led by the NKR Minister of Defense and Commander of the NKR Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan.

                      Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov, as well as the President of Armenia’s Chief Military Inspector, Colonel General Mikayel Harutyunyan, also are following the ongoing processes within the framework of the military cooperation plan of the two Armenian republics, reported the press service of the NKR Ministry of Defense.
