Can u ask him about possible plans for training diaspora youth in intense course military programs? The Israelis have a similar program where they train jewish youth living outside Israel to do military functions (not special forces of course). Any plans for similar programs?

At the time, Armenian MoD said that the main use of the T-90 would be to study it in order to find weak spots and gain better knowledge of its capabilities.

Does anyone know where is the t-90 tank that armenia won last year?

tank is in Armenia already, i spoke with a guy who was commander at a tank biathlon i don't remember his name, he is from NKR army, tank will be based in Balahovit tank division, he told me also that our MOD wants to copy the technology of T90 for modernizing our own T72s

What do they have in that department that we don't ? What skill level have they attained that we can gain ?

What a unique opportunity to meet with defense minister. Dispite the NEGITIVES that the "system" propagates , this same "system" produces program like this.
UR MISTAKE question is excellent question. A follow on question to that is .... Any avenue for diaspora man declaring readiness if hostilities? If hostility seems eminent can diaspora that's visiting country that's ready have a "ready " place. Sorry I'm struggling , does military/govt have this avenue?
