YEREVAN. – The Government of Armenia will clarify the procedure for the creation and upkeep of graves for fallen soldiers.

Just like before, the state will cover all respective expenses, and the relevant compensations will be transferred to the families of these fallen military servicemen.

Once the respective costs are estimated, the money will be transferred to a predetermined member of the families of these fallen soldiers.

The written explanation, which is attached to the relevant government decision, notes that this decision aims to clarify the current procedures and the stance of the Armenian state toward the families of these fallen military servicemen.

Not sure. Maybe he's speaking like a politician. Armenian army is only defensive so all weapons are in reality defensive weapons?

Armenia's Deputy Minister Davit Tonoyan met with Georgian Defense Minister Tinatin Khidasheli during his working visit to Georgia.

The sides discussed cooperation issues and especially cooperation on military education that the Georgian Defense Minister considers among priority directions.

They exchanged views on the regional developments. Davit Tonoyan conveyed an invitation from Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan to visit Armenia.

they also could be for personell training vehicles, remember we have only 160 active T72s, also around 100 T72s in storage but we aint allowed to have more than 160 in service, so those ~100 are in training base

Only 160? Pretty sure its more.

If he's talking only about Armenian Army, then 160 + 100 in storage could be true. But the Artsakh Army has additional 400+ tanks. Possibly reaching 500 by now.

in times of war who's going to control if those 100 are in combat or not?
