Ծաղկաձորում ընթացող «Միություն-2015. Հաղթանակի ժառանգներ-Հայաստան» մրցույթ-հավաքի մասնակիցներին օգոստոսի 22-ին այցելել է ՀՀ նախագահ, Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Հանրապետության Նախագահը դիտել է ռազմամարզական վարժանքները, ռազմական տեխնիկայի և Հայաստանում արտադրված ռազմատեխնիկական արտադրանքի ցուցադրությունը: Հավաքի մասնակիցները Նախագահին նվիրել են ՌԴ-ում՝ Ուրալի վարպետների կողմից պատրաստված կնիք՝ մաղթանքով, որ այն հնարավորինս հաճախ դրվի Միության հավաքների անցկացման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերի վրա: Սերժ Սարգսյանը շնորհակալությամբ ընդունելով նվերը՝ նշել է, որ այն թանկ է իր համար նաև այն պատճառով, որ իր ժամկետային ծառայությունն անցել է հենց Հարավային Ուրալում: Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ինքը ևս շատ կցանկանար, որպեսզի այս կնիքը հաճախ դրվեր Հայաստանի տարածքում և նախկին ԽՍՀՄ այլ երկրներում նման հավաքների ու այլ երիտասարդական ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների անցկացման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերի վրա:
Մրցույթ-հավաքի մասնակիցներին ուղղված ողջույնի խոսքում Հանրապետության Նախագահը խորհրդանշական է համարել, որ միջոցառումն անցկացվում է հոբելյանական տարում՝ ի պատիվ Մեծ հաղթանակի 70-ամյակի:
«Այդ հաղթանակը շատ հարցերում հնարավոր է դարձել ի շնորհիվ ֆաշիզմի դեմ բազմաթիվ ժողովուրդների սերտ միասնության: Մենք ուղղակի պարտավոր ենք թանկ գնահատել այդ հաղթանակը: Մենք փառավոր ընդհանուր պատմություն ունենք, և բոլորս պետք է ոչ միայն պահպանենք, այլ նաև ամեն ինչ անենք շարունակելու համար այն ավանդույթները, որոնք եղել են և կան:
Պետք է երախտապարտ լինենք այն մարդկանց, ովքեր մտահղացել և իրականացնում են այսպիսի ծրագիր, քանի որ առաջին հերթին այս նախագիծը հնարավորություն է տալիս ստեղծել հարթակ, որտեղ դուք կարող եք ծանոթանալ միմյանց պատմությանն ու մշակույթին, որտեղ կարող եք կիսվել գիտելիքներով և, իհարկե, նոր ընկերներ ձեռք բերել: Դուք մեր ժողովուրդների համատեղ գոյակցության լուսավոր ապագայի երաշխավորներն եք: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհում կան շատ մարտահրավերներ, և դրանք հնարավոր է հաղթահարել միայն համատեղ ուժերով: Դուք տարածողներն եք համամարդկային գաղափարների, հանուն որոնց պայքարել են մեր պապերն ու նախապապերը: Ես վստահ եմ, որ և՛ դուք, և՛ ձեր հասակակիցների մեծ մասը դա գնահատում են և ամեն ինչ կանեն, որպեսզի այդ բարեկամությունը, այդպիսի հարաբերությունները լինեն հավերժական: Այսպիսի հավաքները, իհարկե, հնարավորություն են ձեռք բերելու նոր ընկերներ: Ցանկացած ընկերություն, ցանկացած համագործակցություն մշտական ջանքերի կարիք ունի և ուշադրություն ու հոգատար վերաբերմունք է պահանջում»,-ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ մաղթելով հավաքի մասնակիցներին հաջողություններ: Նախագահը վստահեցրել է, որ Հայաստանը մշտապես կողմ է ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին, ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության ամրապնդմանը և մեր երկիրը մշտապես ջանքեր կգործադրի, որպեսզի տարվա մեջ մեկ կամ երկու անգամ նման հավաքներ, շփումներ տեղի ունենան, հավաքի մասնակիցները նոր ընկերներ ձեռք բերեն և լավ տպավորություններով հեռանան տուն:
Ինչ վերաբերում է «Միություն-2015. Հաղթանակի ժառանգներ-Հայաստան» մրցույթ-հավաքի ընթացքին, ապա օգոստոսի 21-ի մրցութային ծրագրում ներառված էր միայն մեկ մրցաձև՝ «Ուժային փորձարկում»: Խառը սկզբունքով համալրված դասակները թիմային պայքարի մեջ էին: Օրվա ընթացքում զուգահեռ կազմակերպվել են վարպետության ու վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ դիվանագիտության, հետախուզական վերլուծության, կրակային պատրաստության ու ինժեներական սարքավորումների, բուժօգնության առանձնահատկությունների վերաբերյալ: Դասընթացների նպատակն է համապատասխան գիտելիքների փոխանցումը հավաքի մասնակիցներին արտակարգ իրավիճակներում գործելու վերաբերյալ:
Օրն ամփոփվել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը ներկայացնող թիմերի համատեղ մշակութային ծրագրով:

Last night the situation in the eastern and south-eastern borders of the Republic of Artsakh and Azerbaijan was extremely tense. According Voskanapat.info, the evening of August 22 at 18:00 Azerbaijani side opened intensive fire in the direction of Armenian positions. It was used mortars and other heavy caliber weapon.

Advanced units of the Defense Army of Artsakh returned fire towards the enemy. The active exchange of fire continued throughout the night. 5 Armenian soldiers were killed and 8 wounded

Baku – APA. On August 22, Armenian armed units treacherously violated the ceasefire regime, firing with large-caliber machine guns and 60mm and 82mm mortar launchers at Azerbaijani army positions located in the Aghdam and Khojavand directions along the contact line, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.

According to the ministry, after a careful assessment of the operational conditions along the front line, the Azerbaijani command staff reached the decision of firing with mortar launchers at and shelling certain squares of the front line of and deep in the enemy defense as well as outposts, trenches, supporting detachments, communication line.

“Despite the Armenian side trying to conceal its losses, we have obtained information that 5 Armenian soldiers have been killed and 8 wounded. After the short but intensive gunfight, the command staff decided to temporarily cease the skirmish in order for the enemy side to carry pick the dead and aid the wounded. As a result of the firing from the Armenian side, 3 Azerbaijani soldiers got light shrapnel wounds. After receiving first aid, the wounded soldiers were taken to military hospitals. Doctors said the soldiers were in stable condition. They have already been returned to their unit,” the ministry said.

“Armenia’s military-political leadership carries full responsibility for new escalation on the front line and future casualties on the invader’s side,” the ministry said, forewarning that the Azerbaijani side will respond with sterner, more effective and more relentless strikes to silence the criminals in the Armenian military leadership.

Karabakh MoD: Azerbaijan has 4 victims and more than 15 injured resulting from shootings

YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS. The rival intensively violated the ceasefire regime in the line of contact of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing armies on the weekend firing from different caliber weapons (60, 82 and 120 mm grenade launchers) and artillery weapons.

Armenpress was informed by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic that the frontier troops of the Defense Army made counterattacks to silence the rival’s activeness. According to reliable sources, the opponent had at least 4 victims and more than 15 injured resulting from the shootings.

The frontier troops of Defense Ministry remain vigilant controlling the whole area in the line of contact and carrying out the tasks set before them with great confidence.
