I think we are overestimating Azeri abilities. Also like you said our Airforce must be more active. Any fire taken you respond (even across contact line) and empty your weapons on location.

Yes, so much we blow smoke talk like we are the DM of Armenia......sorry, no marching to death, not for me Sacra........lets see I need my AK with vest loaded, my XD40, Gas mask. Don't ask me to carry ammo uphill it aint gonna happen. hey wait a minute.....where is my jet??!! you want destruction find my jet fully loaded and ready to go 4 hr mission.

Eddo forget about Air-attack. Everything from the above is equal to 0= Not efficient. Lets say that s-300 is only able to hit 100km(not 300km) thats enough not to let any Jet to come closer to the border. back in 1992 with only shilka strela and iglas we hit like around 25-30 aircrafts. isn't this enough? y do you think we are not buying new squadrons? cz we are not able to? we need like more transport helis for evacuation or medical or support and maybe a bit more mi-24's.

Artsakh Defense Ministry releases names of 6 destroyed Azerbaijani military soldiers

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijani Defense Ministry continues concealing their real casualties aimed at misleading their own society and covering up the failures of the criminal tactics they have chosen. “Armenpress” reports that the aforementioned is stated in the statement released by Nagorno Karabakh Defense Ministry which reads:

The information spread by Azerbaijani Defense Ministry on Sept. 28 according to which the Armenian side had 7 and the Azerbaijani side – 3 casualties due to the clashes in the line of contact of Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing armies, as we have previously reported, does not correspond to reality. By tradition, official Baku attempted to attribute the real number of their own casualties to the Karabakh side.

According to data acquired by defense army corresponding sources, apart from the victims announced on the previous day, Azerbaijani army had 6 more casualties on Sept. 28: Shahiyar Ali oğlu Uyadov (called up 13.01.2015), Eyyub Abdulla oğlu Ramazanov (called up 28.04.2015), Nicat Mehman oğlu Yaraev (called up 08.12.2014), Ahməd Jivanshir oğlu Eyyubov (called up 08.12.2014), Elvin Mushru oğlu Yusufov (called up 15.12.2014) and Samir Sabir oğlu Ahmədov (called up 18.07.2014).

The latter shows that Azerbaijani Defense Ministry continues concealing their real casualties aimed at misleading their own society and covering up the failures of the criminal tactics they have chosen.

On September 27 and in the night of 28 ceasefire regime was intensively violated over 110 times by the adversary on the contact line of Karabakh-Azerbaijan opposing armies, during which over 1600 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian front line units from different caliber weapons, including 60 and 82 and 120mm mortars, RPG-7 and AGS-17 grenade launchers and TR-107.

ՀՀ ՊՆ առաջին տեղեկալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հայկական Panorama.am լրատվակայքի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանել է ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահությանը նվիրված գագաթնաժողովին Հայաստանի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ հայ խաղաղապահների առաջիկա անելիքների մասին խոսքերը:

Փոխնախարար Տոնոյանը հայտնել է, որ ելնելով Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի խաղաղապահ գործողությունների շուրջ 10-ամյա փորձից՝ ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ գործողությունները համակարգող կառույցները դիմել են Հայաստանին՝ ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ գործողություններում պահանջվող մասնագիտացված կարողություններ պատրաստելու և տրամադրելու խնդրանքով: Սա է նաև պատճառը, որ Հայաստանը ընդգրկվել է մոտ չորս տասնյակ երկրների ցանկում, որոնք հրավիրվել են գագաթաժողովին:

Տոնոյանի խոսքով՝ այս պահին աշխարհի տարբեր մասերում ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահ գործողություններում ներգրավված են մոտ 120 երկրներից 100.000 ավելի խաղաղապահներ, որոշ երկրներ տրամադրում են մի քանի հազար խաղաղապահների, սակայն շատ քիչ երկրներ են կարող տրամադրել մասնագիտացված ստորաբաժանումներ:

ՀՀ ՊՆ կողմից առաջարկվող առաջին ստորաբաժանումը միջազգային չափորոշիչներով ԴԵՐ2 (Role 2) մակարդակի դաշտային հոսպիտալ է, այն շարժական արագ տեղափոխվող հոսպիտալային համակարգ է, որը տեղակայվում է վտանգավոր գոտու անմիջական հարևանությամբ, ունի առաջին մասնագիտական բժշկական օժանդակություն տրամադրելու կարողություն, խնդիրն է հիվանդ կամ մարտի դաշտից դուրս բերված վիրավոր անձնակազմի վիճակը կայունացնել` անհրաժեշտության դեպքում իրականացնել անհետաձգելի վիրահատական միջամտություն, և ապահովել նրա ապահով էվակուացիան դեպի հոսպիտալներ` հետագա բուժումը անցնելու նպատակով:

Համակարգն ունի վիրահատական և կարճատև հոսպիտալացման հնարավորություններ: Այս ստորաբաժանումը ստեղծվելու է ԱՄՆ 2007 թվականին տրամադրած ԻՄԵԴՍ դաշտային հոսպիտալի հիման վրա:

Երկրորդ ստորաբաժանումը ՀՀ ՊՆ խաղաղապահ ինժեներասավորավորային գումարտակն է, որն այժմ Հայաստանի տարածքում իրականացնում է հումանիտար ականազերծում: Գումարտակը համալրվելու է վերջին տարիներին ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների կողմից լայնորեն կիրառվող ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկ սարքերի հայտնաբերման և վնասազերծման տեխնիկայով:

Գումարտակի անձնակազմն իր հերթին անցնելու է միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան վերապատրաստում և տեղակայման դեպքում ապահովելու է միջազգային ուժերի կամ տարածաշրջանի բնակչության անվտանգ տեղաշարժը:

Ստորաբաժանումների պատրաստման աշխատանքները Հայաստանը նախատեսում է ավարտել 2-3 տարվա ընթացքում:

Անձնակազմի պատրաստումը պետք է իրականացվի միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությամբ, տեխնիկական վերազինման խնդրի լուծման հարցում նույնպես ակնկալվում է գործընկերների աջակցությունը:

Առաջին փուլում նախատեսվում է վերապատրաստել գնահատվող անձնակազմին, այնուհետև մինչև հիմնական գնահատման զորավարժությունը, ստորաբաժանումները կմասնակցեն մի քանի միջազգային զորավարժությունների: Նշված երկու ստորաբաժանումներն էլ զուգահեռ հավաստագրում են անցնելու թե՛ ՆԱՏՕ-ի, թե՛ ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից:

Ստորաբաժանումների պատրաստումից և հավաստագրումից հետո դրանք կհամալրեն ՄԱԿ-ի «Խաղաղապահ կարողությունների պահեստային ուժերը», այսինքն` ՄԱԿ-ը նման ստորաբաժանումների անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կդիմի Հայաստանին դրանք այս կամ այն առաքելության շրջանակներում տեղակայելու խնդրանքով, ինչին Հայաստանը կարձագանքի համաձայն ներպետական ընթացակարգերի:

Ստորաբաժանումները կլինեն ճկուն և պատրաստ կլինեն տարածաշրջանային յուրահատկությունների առկայության դեպքում հատուկ նախատեղակայման վարժանք անցնելուց հետո` տեղակայվել ցանկացած տարածաշրջանում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ՝ սեպտեմբերի 28-ին, Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահությանը նվիրված գագաթնաժողովին ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ ԶՈւ խաղաղապահների առաջիկա ծրագրերը՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը ստանձնել է նոր հանձնառություններ, որոնք են երկրորդ աստիճանի դաշտային հոսպիտալի և կցագրված անձնակազմի նախապատրաստումը և ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկ սարքերի վնասազերծման հատուկ վաշտի պատրաստականության ապահովումը:

YEREVAN. – The Minsk Group of the OSCE does not provide specific assessments on the causes of the Armenian-Azerbaijani tension.

Chairman of the Public Council affiliated to the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Gegham Harutyunyan, said the aforementioned at a press conference on Tuesday. He added that the Minsk Group needs to clearly identify the attacking side.

“[The Minsk] is only making calls for restraint,” noted Harutyunyan. “[But] on the one hand, it’s understandable, since the Minsk Group has a mediation mission and it should have a neutral role.”

Gegham Harutyunyan added, however, that the time has come for resorting to punitive actions against Azerbaijan.

On September 25, the Azerbaijani armed forces shelled one of the northeastern protection areas of the NKR Defense Army unit. The fire was opened from Turkish-made reactive rocket propelled howitzers (TR-107). Consequently, NKR Defense Army soldiers Norayr Khachatryan (born in 1995), Robert Mkrtchyan (born in 1995), Harut Hakobyan (born in 1997), and Karen Shahinyan (born in 1997) died from shrapnel wounds. In addition, there are sixteen wounded military servicemen.

And NKR President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees, whereby the aforesaid fallen soldiers were posthumously awarded with the Medal for Military Service.

Armenia's Deputy Defense Minister David Tonoyan has expressed his view on the aggressive behavior by the adversary on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

According to him, the Armenian side retaliates adequately and its steps have a restrictive role. The deputy minister said that the Azerbaijani side has issued an official statement in which it said that Azerbaijan will settle Karabakh issue by military way and will “liberate its territories”. According to Tonoyan, this means one thing: Azerbaijan does not recognize the ceasefire rules; moreover, it has started using artillery.

The deputy minister added that so far, there are no mechanisms to monitor and investigate border incidents, only border monitoring is conducted from time to time, which actually solves no problem.

As to the health of soldiers wounded a few days ago, their lives are not in danger. The video spread on the internet, according to which the Armenian side has allegedly captured a stronghold of the enemy is false, but in reality the Armenian side has retaliated on Azerbaijani positions and a military camp.

Tonoyan said it is possible that the situation may lead to border changes favorable for Armenia.

"We have to take actions corresponding to the new situation. And there will already be new terms bound by us," said David Tonoyan.

Excuse me for the little panic attack that i just had...I checked the info..,apparently our boys moved from kunduz a while back and are now serving in Mazar el Charif...that's a relief!

Serzh Sargsyan referred to Karabakh as Nagorno Karabakh Republic in his speech at UN I dont think has done previously.
