It's just a random shell to the cordinants. The purpose is not wipe out their whole base but probably creating a panic among the soldiers. Which is wise in my opinion. Making a response by destroying a military base and killing tens of their soldiers means start of the second war. We are clearly trying to be careful to not be the side who started the war.

Agree. Armenians forces meet fire with fire but to launch a large attack only creates problems at this stage.

Okay now I really really want to know.

These videos allways get posted on youtube, by an Armenian account with average 3 years activity and with an Armenian name.

Why are the ones releasing the videos doing it like that?
Why not diffuse it via official channels and co.

Would it have a bad effect inernationally if Armenia publicly said they bombard them ? I think that's the only viable reason why.

Well , we can say that with minimum firepower we actually did maximum damage .

On top of that it was a wake up slap to azeris , now they know that they cannot sleep at nights and can be killed at any moment . That will make them think twice next they breach ceasefire.

It's either Voskanapat or Arshak Zakaryan releasing them. Both have ties to the military and serve as unofficial conduits of information the military wants to "leak" but that they won't do it directly for reasons that may include what you stated.

For the record, there is snow in this video indicating that the video is most likely taken quite recently.
