Azeris are losing at least one man every day. Armenian forces even seem to be targeting officers successfully as of late. I know we get impatient at what seems like Armenian complacency, but in reality, the Azeris are paying a cost.

Ադրբեջանական կողմը զինծառայողի մահվան մեջ կրկին մեղադրում է հայկական զինուժին՝ նշելով, թե նա սպանվել է «հայկական կողմի՝ զինադադարի խախտման պատճառով»։

Համաձայն ադրբեջանական Anspress լրատվական կայքի՝ Զեյնալով Էլմիրը 22 տարեկան էր (1994թ.) և թաղվել է Գորանբոյ շրջանի Ահմադաբադ գյուղում: Ըստ նույն աղբյուրի՝ նա պայմանագրային զինծառայող էր:

YEREVAN. – Looking back at our past, we see that our army has passed a glorious path.

The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, stated the aforementioned at Monday’s ceremonial meeting in the Armenian peacekeeping brigade, and in connection with the start of the new academic year at the Armed Forces of Armenia.

In his words, the Armenian army not only achieved victories, but also educated military servicemen and raised the field training level of its divisions.

“In the post[-Karabakh]war years, we are fully engaged in several organizational functions of the Armed Forces,” Ohanyan stressed. “Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia increase their capability, day by day.”

I don't know how this would affect Azerbaijan in these difficult times for them.
