Բայց այդ ամենի կողքին միշտ ձեռքբերումներ են լինում։ Հաղթանակներ և ուրախություն։ Փառք Աստծո, որ Թալիշ գյուղն արդեն ազատագրված է։ Ենթադրում եմ, որ հենց գյուղն վերադարձնելու նպատակով է, որ ժամանակին չենք իմացել կորստի լուրը։ Բայց սա էլ է պատերազմի օրենքներից մեկը՝ մի տեղ լռում են, մի տեղ եղածից ավելին ասում, բայց կարևորը՝ վերրջում խնդիրը լուծվում է։

No it isn't.
It's SCUD.

But this is not dangerous, since mobile equipment and evidently central city street.

This one is slightly more of an error/dangerous, and must be corrected:
- I post it since already outdated, being mobile equipment. (it is not up to any journalist to decide what is dangerous or not)
- Yet Martakert city clearly identified and for expert eyes equipment's position along identifiable topographic marker , combined with uav images they do have, it may confirm actual position of earthed equipment compared to lures...
