I believe we haven't targeted pipelines, because NKR forces have been successful in pushing back the Azeri attack, thus we're keeping that card in our pocket for now.

That elderly couple should have been evacuated. There should be some kind of emergency response team to avoid these situations..

The entire village was apparently evacuated except those 3 elderly for reasons not made clear. RIP.

Latest report is we took back everything we lost and now launched an incursion into Azerbaijan territory, direction north.

Those 3 old people were killed before evacuation of the village, by surprise invadors.
It is a miracle we have only 3 assasinated civilians at point blank, and 4 civilian wounded (among them head of Madaghis village, his car hit by Grad missile, videos posted), in this kind of surprise attack.

It is to the credit of our people and absence of any panic.

Respect to our nation.

No matter what will end up, the first day test was brilliantly done by the people of Martakert, and NKR in General.
May God cut the phone link between Serjik and the Kreml for a couple of days...., we will be even more proud of our boys.

ԱրմենՊրեսս.am–ը գրում է. Թալիշում Խալափյանների ընտանիքի գնդակահարման ժամանակ բնակիչները գյուղից դեռևս չէին տարհանվել և գյուղի մյուս ծայրում սպանության կրակոցները լսելի են եղել: Այդ մասին կայքի հետ զրույցում նշեց Թալիշ համայնքի ղեկավար Վիլեն Պետրոսյանը:

Ադրբեջանական զորամիավորումները երեկ գյուղում գնդակահարել են Թալիշի բնակիչ Վալերա Խալափյանին և նրա կնոջը՝ Ռազմելային, կտրել նրանց ականջները։ Նրանք գնդակահարել են նաեւ Վալերա Խալափյանի մորը` 1924 թվականին ծնված Մարուսյա Խալափյանին, ով գտնվում էր առողջական ծանր վիճակում: Խալափյանները բնիկ թալիշցիներ էին:

«Գիշերվանից հրահանգ էինք ստացել` առաջնահերթությամբ տարհանել երեխաներին և մեծահասակներին: Լուսաբացին բնակիչներին հրավիրել էինք գյուղապետարան` տարհանումը կազմակերպելու համար: Հենց այդ ժամանակ էլ սկսեց ուժեղ հրետակոծություն: Խալափյանների ընտանիքն ապրում է թշնամու ուղիղ նշանառության ներքո: Այդ ուղղությամբ հարվածները շատ ավելին են: Դեպքի ժամանակ Խալափյանների որդին իր երեխաներին հասցրել էր հեռացնել տնից: Իմ կարծիքով, այն ժամանակ, երբ դիվերսիոն խումբը մտել է բնակարան, գյուղի հեռվում կրակոցները լսելի են եղել: Այդ ժամանակ գյուղը դեռևս ամբողջությամբ չէր տարհանվել և սպանության ժամանակ մենք գյուղում ենք եղել»,- ասաց Պետրոսյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ Խալափյանների որդին բազմազավակ հայր է, ունի վեց երեխա: Նրանք ապրում էին ծնողների հետ: «Խալափյանների որդին չէր հասցրել ծնողներին ևս տարհանել, ինչ- որ տեղ նաև հրետակոծության պատճառով»,- նշեց Թալիշի համայնքապետը:

«Ներկա դրությամբ Թալիշի շրջանում կրկին լսվում են կրակոցներ, սակայն ոչ այն ինտենսիվությամբ, ինչպես ապրիլի 2-ին»,- ասաց համայնքապետը:
