Re: Nagorno-Karabagh: Military Balance Between Armenia & Azerbaijan
Very nice said Mher. Let's also not forget that Karabakh is very small. It's not hard to attack in surprise when the enemy troops only need to do some km before getting on the frontline. I don't think all those tanks/weapons came from baku ... they were probably waiting on the frontline. The fact that they can hit our posts with drones is also a result of that. What's even the distance between Stepanakert and the frontline? Too small to counter the drones.
It's normal and like Mher said we are doing some excellent work on keeping damages low

I just don't see what is behind this ceasefire UNLESS we got our positions back. But then Aliyev will be eaten by wolves at home no matter how hard he tries to lie about what happened. Remember the propaganda inside AZ is that Armenia is a poor, empty, desperate country. To them, this would be like the US fighting Mexico to a stalemate and losing a ton of people and equipment.

If the Azeris had attacked straight towards Aghdam/Martuni in the middle of the front (like the foolishly did several times in the first war and paid a huge and futile price), they would have been detected very early and probably slaughtered.General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”

Wrong...
For Turks the anger will come from loosing opportunity.
They are used to poor performance their substandard mentality. But they will not forgive loosing opportunity. Oil revenues are gone...

Re: Nagorno-Karabagh: Military Balance Between Armenia & Azerbaijan
I'd have to think that at some point, even knowing the mindset of the general Azeri population and grossly idiotic and fantastical propaganda, Aliyev will start to lose his grasp. The Azeris will come to the realization that nothing was gained, they had high losses for utter futility. They were promised the earth, moon, and sun by the regime. They were told their army was indestructible and proven wrong time and time again. Even with the total regime control over the press, media, and scant "opposition", this cannot be hidden for much longer; sooner of later the corruption and thievery will catch up to them:
As oil prices stay low and its reputation is increasingly tattered, Aliyev will lose control. Its not a matter of "If" but "When". This latest round of violence was to feed the masses some cheap patriotism- it's seemingly positive result was temporary.General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”

YEREVAN. - No ceasefire has been established, but the sides have agreed to halt fire, Armenian Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan told journalists today.
To the question on whether the firing continues on the border, Tonoyan said: “They shoot periodically.”
He also noted that the Azerbaijani side has not occupied any positions.

I'll try to get confirmation on this:
The first deputy of the Defense Minister - Mr. David Tonoyan- just told the journalists that the Karabakh Armenian side has re-captured all the military posts which were under the #Karabakh control prior to the Azerbaijani aggression.
#Peace #victory #Armenia #StopAliev #Azerbaijan #no4warGeneral Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”
