Not sure how his name was involved but those 3 have made a fortune from military budget? They got busted, no confession.

I hope their fortune is going to be taken over by the MoD. This will be a good lesson for the others. I can tell you almost every high ranking official is abusing his post to make money or to run some business. That's what I'm seeing here.

Armenian and Iranian Defense Ministers discussed NK in Moscow

Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan had a meeting with Iranian Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan today during the annual International Conference on Security in Moscow.

According to Armenian Defense Ministry press service, the sides expressed concern over escalation of the situation at NK-Azerbaijan troops contact line and attached importance to reducing tension and necessity of establishing an environment of mutual trust.

Both sides noted that the results of the four-day April war proved once again that NK issue cannot be solved by force.

During the meeting, the sides touched upon the issues regarding the current state and perspectives of future development of cooperation between the two Ministries.

Nagorno-Karabakh denies use of banned ammunition

A spokesperson for Nagorno-Karabakh’s (Artsakh) Ministry of Defense denies the use of banned ammunitions in the recent military operations, describing the reports in the Russian media as “ravings of a madman”.

“The allegations that the Artsakh Republic’s Defense Army used ammunition banned under international convention are yet another raving typical to them [Azerbaijanis],” Senor Hasratyan told Tert.am.

“It is commonly Azerbaijan that uses ammunitions and arms supplies banned under international conventions, attempting to turn everything upside down. Azerbaijan will regret a lot for its statements.”

In an article published earlier today, the Russian Komersant said that the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense accused Armenia of using military supplies prohibited under international conventions.

The author of the article cited the press service of Kazakhstan’s Defense Ministry.
