Fact or fiction. It would obviously be good if this is true

Lezgis conduct protest actions in Azerbaijan, clashes with police registered

      23:38 - 2/May/2016

Writer, publicist Bakur Karapetyan wrote in his Facebook page: "It has
become clear from reliable sources that on April 28 in the
lezgi-populated region Kusari bodies of 19 killed lezgi soldiers were
brought. The lezgis conducted a protest action stating that they are
not against Artsakh's independence and that it is not their war.
During the protest actions clashes with police have been registered. A
group of activists have been detained. The Baku authorities closed all
the roads taking to Russia. It is reported that the relatives were
given tens of bodies of ded soldiers killed at the
Karabakh-Azerbaijani contact line. They are mainly ethnic minorities.
Active protest actions started in Azerbaijani regions."

        LTP has spoken

Armenia, Karabakh authorities act firmly and confidently: Ex-President

Authorities in Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh are acting in a determined confident manner, Armenia’s first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan told a briefing following his meeting with Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan.
“I believe the authorities are acting in accordance with the current situation,” Ter-Petrosyan said.
Sahakyan and Ter-Petrosyan met on Tuesday, May 3.
A range of issues related to the wide-scale military operations unleashed by Azerbaijan on April 2-5 were discussed during the meeting.
President Sahakyan stressed the importance of the consolidated stance of all political forces during these days and their role in resolving the conflict.

Folks, sorry for this completely unrelated post.
But, I made this amateur map of the historical capitals b/c I couldn't find one online and it's a good visual.
It's interesting how 10/11 of the cities (excluding Sis and Tushpa/Van) are essentially along the Arax.

Had to downgrade image to be able to attach. If anyone knows how I can upload at higher quality let me know

Karabakh through the camera of Austrian photo correspondent
              18:03, 03.05.2016
              Region:Karabakh, Azerbaijan
              Theme: Politics, Society

Photo correspondent of the Austrian Wiener Zeitung newspaper, Siobhán Geets, visited the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) after the April developments. He talked to NKR FM Karen Mirzoyan and the soldiers.

The photo correspondent also shared with his impressions through the photos, which are presented below:

Helicopter flight from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh

We move upwards due to safety concerns

Since the border with Azerbaijan is very close

              Grandfather and grandmother

The first Christian nation is very pious

The soldiers are again up in arms to defend their land

When the firing stops, you forget about an ongoing war here

We’ll stay here as long as necessary, a soldier says

A small cross is fixed above the driver’s head. Next to its is the trace of the bullet which didn’t hit him by miracle

Looking good! Except, the part you have as "Armenia Minor" how did you come up with that region being the "Minor" or "lesser Armenia"?

Oh no I didn't make the whole map. The map itself I found online, just added the locations of the cities.
As for Armenia Minor or Lesser Armenia, I've seen that on many maps. I believe it's from the Roman/Byzantine perspective.

But someone who actually knows what they're doing as far as graphics are concerned should really make this map with the capital cities.
