Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia will sign a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of defense, said on Sunday Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov at a press conference after the meeting of heads of the Ministry of Defence of the three countries in Gabala, reports RIA Novosti .

is it true or not i dont care about the politics. I do know we lost couple of positions maybe thats what he is talking about? it is a great shame that for the first time in 20 some years we have losses there should be a counter offensive but something fishy is going on

Yes some big things are in the works. These are regional in nature, perhaps even multiregional. I hope things will go our way. I was at a fundraiser today for Artakh and it was wonderful to see people in good spirits supporting the cause. It gives me hope.

When you say big things are in the works do you mean we are getting ready for counter or do you mean bug nations are plotting against us? there should have been a counter offensive when we stopped their blitz not a cease fire we just gave them a month to recover like I said there is something fishy going on I just can't put my finger on it
