            This is the SKIF http://www.luch.kiev.ua/english/skif.htm

As Burjuin mentioned, any weapon is a threat. How much I would worry about? it will depend on the quantity ordered.

Over the last couple of years, Azerbaijan has ordered similar sytems from Israel, Russia, South Africa etc.
Why from so many different sources? Too many different systems to do the same job creates a nightmare situation for the army (for storing, maintaining and training)

Indeed everything is a threat but I meant in terms of capability to alter the military balance. Thanks for the info, ZORAVAR.
