There are enthusiast who know all military aircraft be it from US or any other country but they have never flown an hour. I am a civilian ATP rated pilot, flight instructor, and airobatic instructor. I would never claim I know all aircraft especially Soviet block jets. I suppose I could have done research. too lazy, lol.

The figures for Armenia are way off since none of it includes our military assets in Artsakh.

As you can see they have placed Azerbaijan in a different category, where in reality Azerbaijan can't handle NKR alone LOL.
These Russians make me laugh sometimes.
Yesterday, Russian MFA spox Maria Zakharova was in Yerevan. She posted a photo on Instagram and captioned it "Yerevan is not a luxurious city, but has its own character." In other words she's saying that Yerevan is a poor city but has its Soviet character thanks to us.

Just noticed they are using GlobalFirepower as a source which is horribly inaccurate.

A very interesting electronic countermeasure vehicle just drove next to me. I'm not sure if I should mention what it was. Something that is not listed in Armenia's arsenal on any website. Sorry for teasing

Why are all single engine fighters grounded? some of the best fighters are single engine.

                  To add

There is no Mig-23 really. the Foxbat is the 25.
                  That may be the case.

Unfortunately I came across this in one of the you-tube documentaries about Russia's new planes
and how the twin engined have replaced the single engined fighters.

From recollection the reason was reliability and resilience.

I cannot find the exact reference, however there are not many types of Russian fighters in service.
If you can point to a single engined fighter among them I will withdraw my statement.

                  Good luck.

PS. some help, currently in service.

Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.
Great politicians pursue the National interest and small politicians personal interests

                    You just did.

You couldn't possibly know more about it because it is secret.
