I hope Armenia does not buy any missiles from the US.
Politics is not about the pursuit of morality nor what's right or wrong
Its about self interest at personal and national level often at odds with the above.

Azerbaijan spend the oil windfall to buy the old weapons, and it's just money laundering
If Azerbaijan was convinced that the Armenian army is unable to resist their provocations, then the day would not have to wait for the outbreak of war.
