Sultan Aliev trains azeri air force... he is a top pilot, during Karabakh war he flew with Tupolev-160's over karabakh, they called him the eagle in the air.

Armenia to study Israel’s experience in army formation
          February 4, 2011 - 18:28 AMT 14:28 GMT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Armenian parliamentary standing committee on defense, national security and internal affairs, member of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary group Hrayr Karapetyan said that Armenia is going to study Israel’s experience in army formation.

“This refers not to women’s conscription, but to an individual approach, better organization of conscription and elimination of corruption risks in the armed forces,” Karapetyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

According to him, a working group established during the last sitting of the committee will deal with these matters.

Karapetyan noted that the working group, consisting of representatives of public organizations and experts, will study experience of foreign countries.

We standby for more Azeris casualties as they blow themselves up playing with explosives.

            ------------

Great footage of Russian SU-25 capabilities and the damage it can sustain in battle (end of video).
The video shows Armenian SU-25s as well.

You can put that baby into a prolonged vertical dive over your target and it will maintain airspeed (use of Wingtip speed brakes) without accelerating (acceleration due to gravity is a problem in these cases, you may never pull out and if you do you could end up destroying the aircraft).

It is built so tough that you cannot exceed its structural limits in flight, pilot is seating in a titanium box, super manoeuverable and very fast that can reach the speed of sound in level flight (very few subsonic aircraft can do this).
Simple, cost effective, and easy aircraft to maintain by the ground crew and it can carry insane amount of ordinance.

Even US considers it a fine aircraft.

Nice plane, though I can bet we've been concentrating on air defence more than anything else

It is a lethal close ground support platform but it has its limitations. To a Mig-29 it is a sitting duck.

Lets hope we don't shoot down our own SU-25 and then beat up the pilot thinking he is an Azeri (true story).
