Iskander is definitely outside the $200 million deal, it has been repeated by both Russian and Armenian military sources. As for Smerch, my belief is that we have had Smerch for a few years already but that we received more Smerch + newer/different rockets as part of the $200 million deal. Let's not forget that for years, various Armenian military sources have hinted that we have Smerch.

Interesting that all of a sudden our average military videos featuring Iskander and Smerch. This indirectly proves that the military makes an effort to only show whatever it wants, whenever it wants. And that's awesome because we might have other things that simply aren't being shown in videos.

Since no country has it, many will pay 10 fold to put their hands on it. My guesstimate in 5-10 years it will sell for around $150 million per battery if no countermeasure will be available by then.
The 200 million is a joke buying advances armaments in this age. The US is selling F-35 helmets for $400,000

I'm guessing they store the Missiles for the Iskander in there . I could be wrong
