The Azeris are gonna ask for Iskanders too, Russia will not sell them.
The Azeris are going to get missiles from somewhere else (something similar to Scud just for internal consumption)
We will take that as an excuse and get S-400s.
I think Russia will sell them if there is something similar out there for the Azeris to buy (I don't think there is). So long as the azeri government remains cooperative with Russia, she will keep selling it weapons. The idea for Russia is not to give one of the countries a decisive advantage as this is not in Russia's interest. I think we have all learned that much by now.
    Hayastan or Bust.

We have got the firepower we always needed and who thought we would see the Iskander. Never forget walking up to it and seeing it .. People were like wtf is that. Now it's all about getting ready. We got weapons to hold the Azeris at ease for another 20 years. Upgrading when we need to and creating our own technology with professional soldiers

At 8:33 it's an soviet march created by an Armenian - Arutyunov. Russian Army uses it too

Now it's time to have clean elections in Armenia and to improve rule of law: https://v6000.am/
Armenia has 1997 election sites. Previous elections have shown having just one monitor at a voting site significantly reduces the possibility of vote rigging. Having three almost eliminates it.
If you're in Armenia, register immediately on that site to be an election monitor. When you register they will call you with the proper information. Then encourage as many people as you can to also register. If you're going to visit Armenia, do it in late March to participate in this process.
                Next steps should be:

                1. Building a strong, far reaching foreign affairs department. Like Singapore!
                2. Digitalization of Armenia, bringing everything outside of the military into transparency and ease. Like Estonia
                3. Creating the rule of law and cleansing corruption from Armenia.
                4. Building the Armenia brand (sports teams, tv shows, music) to promote soft power.

We need soft power as in diplomacy and a strong economy to win.
