He explains that the the Northern and Southern attacks were diversions, and the main target was Agdam, with in its turn 3 main directions.
The plan did fail.
The main commander of the enemy corps was killed, the second too.
He explains how well they were prepared, and professionally they did execute their plans....
We should not underestimate the enemy.
Nevertheless, they failed, thanks to our own reactivity.

NKR MOD 8:20, April 11: In the evening of April 10 and morning hours of April 11, the operational situation along the Karabakh-Azerbaijan Line of Contact remained the same. The Azerbaijani side violated the ceasefire agreement along certain portions, utilizing a variety of artillery and mortar weapons. In particular, Armenian military posts along the northern and southern sections of the LOC came under fire.
The frontline units of the Karabakh Defense Army refrained from responding and continued to to carry out their military responsibilities with confidence.
According to the agreement reached between the sides, during the course of the day, the Azerbaijani side will be given the opportunity to continue its search and retrieval of bodies along the LOC. The fate of one Armenian soldier of the Defense Army remains unknown, about which the International Committee for the Red Cross will be making appropriate inquiries.
*Yesterday, the speaker of NKR President Davit Babayan said that 18 bodies of Armenian soldiers were handed over near the Bash Karvend settlement. The exchange of bodies was carried out with the assistance and mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross and the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative.Comment

Նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի կողմից հանձնված հայ զինծառայողների մարմինների մեծ մասը խեղված է։
NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ զոհված հայ զինծառայողների մարմինները անդամահատելու պրակտիկային գումարվել են նոր վայրագություններ։ Այս պահին փորձաքննություն է ընթանում։ Տվյալները կկցվեն նյութերին ադրբեջանական կողմին միջազգային ատյանների միջոցով պատասխանատվության կանչելու հետագա գործընթացի համար։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Ադրբեջանը ԿԽՄԿ եւ ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի միջնորդությամբ հայկական կողմին է հանձնել 18 հայ զինծառայողների մարմինները։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դեմ Ադրբեջանի նախաձեռնած ագրեսիան ուղեկցվել է Ժնեւի կոնվենցիաների եւ Միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի բազմաթիվ խախտումներով։ Հրետակոծության հետեւանքով զոհվել էր 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Գրիգորյանը, եւս երեք երեխա վիրավորվել է։
Ադրբեջանցի զինվորները գործել են ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների, որոշ տեղեկություններով՝ գործել են նաեւ ԻՊ վարձկաններ։
Ներխուժելով Թալիշ գյուղ՝ ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները դաժանորեն սպանել էին տարեց մարդկանց։ Վալերա Խաչատրյանն ու նրա կինը՝ Ռազմելանն, ինչպես նաեւ 92-ամյա Մարուսյա Խալաֆյանը սպանվել էին։ Իսկ վայրագները կտրել էին նրանց ականջները։
Կան նաեւ հայ զինծառայողներին անդամահատելու մի շարք փաստեր։ Բարբարոսները կտրել էին գլուխները եւ ձեռքերը, լուսանկարվել «ավարի» հետ եւլուսանկարները տեղադրել համացանցում։

Պատերազմական վիճակ չկա, որ չունենա դասալիք, բայց քառօրյա այս պատերազմական գործողություններում մի դասալիք չենք ունեցել. այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսին ասաց կինովավերագրող Արշակ Զաքարյանը՝ որպես ականատես անդրադառնալով առաջնագծում տիրող իրավիճակին:
«Առաջին բանը, որ նկատեցինք տրամադրությունն էր, չնայած զոհերին, զգաստացած էին, շատ հանգիստ: Սպաներն ու զինվորները միասին աշխատում են՝ հարազատ հոր, եղբոր կարգավիճակում: Եթե իմանաք, թե սպաները ոնց են առաջնագծում իրենց մարմնով փակում դիմացինին, մարտի նետվում, ներս չեն մտնում թաքստոց, մինչև զոհերը հանեն, ենթակաները ապահով լինեն»,-ասաց նա։
«Հերոսություններ ենք տեսել, չնայած մեր զոհերի քանակին, ազգային վերելքը տեսնում ես և հպարտություն ես ապրում: Մինչև գետնին խոնարհվում եմ նրանց առաջ»,-ասաց նա:
Արշակ Զաքարյանը նշեց, թե Ադրբեջանի պլանը շատ ավելի մեծ էր և այս հարձակվողական պլանը, ընդամենը բուն պլանից շեղողն էր:
«Գլխավոր հարվածը, որ պատրաստել էին, այդ շեղումով չտարվեց և գլխավոր հարվածը ջախջախեցինք: Դրա համար Ալիևը գոռաց զինադադար: Ջախջախիչ հարված հասվեց նրանց հիմնական ուժին, հազարին հասնող զոհեր եղան, և Ալիևը ասաց՝ Մոսկվա, միակողմանի զինադադար եմ անում»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով նրան, թե ինչու կասեցվեց գրոհը, երբ առաջ էին գնում, Զաքարյանը նշեց, թե համամիտ է հրամանատարության որոշման հետ, քանի որ «մենք ոչ մի ավել զոհ չունենք կորցնելու»:
«Եթե կարող ենք խնդիր լուծել, առանց զոհերի, պետք չէ մի փոքրիկ ձորակի, մի բլրակի համար զոհ տանք, իսկ որոշման համար՝ զինվորական գործը թողնել զինվորականին: Իհարկե, արդեն ջարդում էինք, տղաները տաք էին, բայց երբ մտածում ես, որ պետք է զոհվեն՝ քո հայը, հասկանում ես, որ ճիշտ որոշում էր այդ պահին»,- ասաց նա:
Արշակ Զաքարյանը խոսեց ադրբեջանական կողմի կատարած ոճրագործությունների մասին, որոնք հնարավորնիս վավերագրել են: «Նյութերը շատ-շատ են, բայց ամեն ինչ չէ, որ հանրությանը թույլատրված է ցուցադրել»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ոչ թե կռվել են ԻՊ-ի զինյալները, այլ ԻՊ-ում կռված հենց ադրբեջանցի վարձկանները:Comment

Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում տեղի ունեցած քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում հայկական կողմն ուներ 19 անհետ կորած. հայկական կողմին հանձնվել է 18 անհետ կորածների մարմինները, մեկ զինծառայողի ճակատագիրն անհայտ է մնում: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԼՂՀ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների եւ անհայտ կորածների հարցերով զբաղվող պետական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վիկտոր Քոչարյանը:
«Մենք նույնպես Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջոցով ադրբեջանական կողմին զոհվածների մարմիններ ենք հանձնել, իսկ մեզ այսօր հանձնվել է 18 զոհվածի մարմին. մեկ զինծառայողի ճակատագիրն անհայտ է, աշխատանքներ են տարվում նրա ճակատագիրը պարզելու համար։ Ի դեպ նշեմ, որ զոհվածների մարմինների փոխանակման ժամանակ ադրբեջանական կողմից կրակոցներ են հնչել, Կարմիր խաչի ներկայացուցիչները եւս արձանագրել են դա»,-ասաց նա:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում՝ ծանր հետևանքների առաջացմամբ զուգորդված մարտական հերթապահություն կամ մարտական ծառայություն կրելու կանոնները խախտելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Karabakh Ceasefire ‘Initiated By Azerbaijan’
A Russian-mediated agreement that halted heavy fighting in and around Nagorno-Karabakh last week was initiated by Azerbaijan, a top Armenian army general said over the weekend.
“We should note that it was Azerbaijan, rather than the Armenian side, which made the ceasefire proposal by appealing to the chief of the Russian Federation’s General Staff,” said General Movses Hakobian, a deputy chief of the Armenian army’s General Staff.
“We must also conclude that once again the Armenian soldier forced the enemy into a ceasefire,” Hakobian told RFE/RL’s Armenian service (Azatutyun.am) in an interview.
The fighting broke out early on April 2 when the Azerbaijani army attacked Armenian positions at northern and southern sections of the Karabakh “line of contact.” Baku claims that its troops went on offensive in response to Armenian armed “provocations” against Azerbaijani soldiers and civilians.
The Armenian military insists, however, that the large-scale offensive involving tanks, artillery and helicopters was unprovoked and aimed at seizing at least some territory in and around Karabakh.
On April 3, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that it has “unilaterally suspended our counteroffensive and retaliatory measures against the enemy.” The Armenian side dismissed the claim as an “information trap.”
Hostilities largely ground to a halt on April 5. It emerged afterwards that an agreement to that effect was reached by Armenia’s and Azerbaijan’s top army generals at a confidential meeting in Moscow.
Asked about how long the shaky truce on the Karabakh frontline will likely last, Hakobian said: “It’s hard to tell. What is certain is that the [Karabakh] Defense Army and Armenia’s Armed Forces are prepared to thwart more such assaults by the enemy.”
“I think that the enemy will draw conclusions from its actions. If it again attempts to resolve the Karabakh conflict in such a way, our response will be tougher and stricter,” warned the former commander of the Karabakh Armenian army.
The warring sides continued on Monday to report sporadic gunfire on the frontlines. The Karabakh army said Azerbaijani forces fired more than a dozen mortar shells and rocket-propelled grenades on its positions overnight, while the Defense Ministry in Baku alleged 117 ceasefire violations by the Armenian side at “the line of contact” and the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
Meanwhile, Armenia’s First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan made clear that Yerevan will carry on with a military buildup in order to deter Baku from attempting a military solution to the Karabakh conflict. He said the Armenian military adopted recently five-year programs of their “development” and arms acquisitions.
“The development plan envisages the acquisition of advanced weapons,” Tonoyan told RFE/RL’s Armenian service. “It doesn’t mean that we are going to acquire them after five years. We are going to acquire them every year.”
In particular, Armenia is due to purchase, at discounted prices, $200 million worth of Russian-made weapons with a loan that was allocated by Russia’s government last year. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamian asked his Russia counterpart Dmitry Medvedev to speed up the implementation of the arms deal when the two men met in Yerevan last week.

Stepanakert, the capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, has
proofs that representatives of other nations fought on the side of
Azerbaijan during that country's recent aggression against Nagorno
Karabakh. The statement came from David Babyan, Spokesperson for the
NKR President, in an interview with the Public Television of Armenia.
In this light, the Armenian Delegation to PACE will raise the issue of
participation of mercenaries and militants of various terrorist
organizations, including the "Islamic State," in the Azerbaijani
aggression against Nagorno Karabakh.
"Soldiers that fought the enemy in the battlefield could see that
among them were people speaking in Arabic, Turkish and persons of ripe
years. They were mercenaries. We have grounds to say that some of them
were militants of terrorist groups, in particular, of the 'Islamic
State,' 'Grey Wolves' and others," Babayan said.
He said that the atrocities the Azerbaijani side committed in
Karabakh, such as beheadings and mutilation of fighters and civilians,
are the ISIS-style crimes.
