Those are based on vibration and they are hard to monitor outside a dead zone since there will always be false alarm activated from Farmers to animals. They are not ideal for distance monitoring. It will involve wires or wireless, batteries, generators. There are other sensors for long distance the will be more appropriate like visual motion sensors, magnetic radars the list goes on.

They are so sensitive and capable they can detech unbalances in a jet turbine assemblies even through all the other vibrations happening. I promis they can tell the difference from a shell exploding and the shock from an artillery piece firing. The only question is at what distance can the sensor differentiate between the two. My guess is 5-10 km. Depends on the type of soil.

My guess is 5-10 km. Depends on the type of soil.

The soil transmits vibrations very far. The problem is it is so none uniform (rocks,sand, clay, water content, tree roots, minerals) that it's very hard to interpret the signals on lintermediate and long distances. I have seen the clips where they show how the sensor was able to pick up a guy thumping on ground 100 meters away. From what it looked like the computer was used as a simple signal receiver and amplifier.
But the technology is there in using high tech to combine readings from several sensors and with special computers and programs translate or transform them into solid very detailed and advanced data.
The analog is US SOSUS sistem, where a network of listening devices in world oceans is sends signals that is filtered and translated to a complete picture of all the overwater and underwater vessels and happenings.
I read somewhere that they can not only identify any vessel and locations/depths, but also personnel or any equipment signals like engine troubles or launching of apparatuses.
The same in astronomy. They are coming up with such computer capacities and programs that by using data from several telescopes or radio antennas they create super telescopes or radio antennas with detailed images of complete galaxies so far away that any individual telescope or radio dish cannot even see as an object that exists.
I think the same is possible with anderground sensor network. We allready make a world leading quality sensors. But all the demonstrations I have seen so far involves testing of single sensor.
100-200 meters is maybe all the realistic distance for a single sensor. Very good.
But what happens if you, say, combine 100 of them in a large area network, use powerful computers and programs and maybe create a super duper sensitive system?
Maybe you can read 1000 kilometers away? Who knows...
Long time ago I read that there were spiders that in underground burrows could sense movement on an incredible distance.
I don't remember how far or which spider, but it was increadibly far for its size.

Հայաստանյան Instigate Robotics ընկերությունը և Ինֆորմացիոն տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միությունը (ԻՏՁՄ) ArmHiTec-2016 ցուցահանդեսին համատեղ ներկայացնում են անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր և զորքերի ղեկավարման համակարգեր, որոնք ղեկավարության համար հեշտացնում են որոշումների ընդունումը, ինչպես նաև վրաններ, քնապարկեր ու վրան-անձրևանոցներ:


ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանին և մյուս հյուրերին Instigate Robotics ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը (աջից) ներկայացնում է իրենց արտադրանքն ու սարքավորումները
Տաղավարում մի քանի մոնիտորի վրա տեսնում ենք մեր շարժումները, որ նկարում է սեղանին դրված ԱԹՍ-ի տեսախցիկը, բայց մոնիտորներից մեկը դա ցույց է տալիս մի քանի վայրկյան ուշ: Ընկերությունը ներկայացնող Արման Պողոսյանը բացատրում է, որ իրենց պատրաստած սարքերից մեկը թույլ է տալիս առաջին գծում անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի նկարածը իրական ժամանակում ցուցադրել վաշտ-գումարտակ-գունդ և ավելի բարձր օղակների հրամանատարական կետերում և շտաբներում: Այս ամենն ապահովվում է ձեռքի մեջ տեղավորվող մի սարքի միջոցով:

— Սարքերից մեկը դրվում է վաշտի, մյուսը՝ ավելի բարձր օղակի հրամանատարական կետում, և ցանցի միջոցով այդ սարքերը հրամանատարությանն են ներկայացնում այն, ինչ առաջին գծում նկարում է անօդաչուի օպերատորը: Հրամկազմը ոչ թե լսում է զեկույցներ, թե ինչ է տեսնում օպերատորը, այլ անմիջապես տեսնում է այն, ինչ տեսնում է օպերատորը, — նշում է Արման Պողոսյանը:

Բարձր օղակի համար անօդաչուի նկարածը ցուցադրվում է մոտ 7 վայրկյան հապաղումով (ուշացումով), բայց դա, ըստ Պողոսյանի, արդեն բավարար լուծում է, իսկ հապաղումը կարելի է կրճատել հետագա կատարելագործման միջոցով:


ԱԹՍ-ի նկարած վիդեոհոսքը օպերատորի մոնիտորին (աջ), վաշտի հրամանատարական կետի մոնիտորին (կենտրոն), գնդի և ավելի բարձր օղակի շտաբում (ձախից)

Այս սարքի «գաղափարական» շարունակությունը «իրավիճակային կենտրոնի» համար պատրաստված համակարգչային եռաչափ քարտեզն է: Սրա վրա հավաքվում է մարտադաշտի ամբողջ ինֆորմացիան, որ տեսանկարահանել են անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը, դիտորդները և այլն: Մոնիտորի վրա երևում են Թալիշը և մերձակա բնակավայրերը, շփման գիծն ու թշնամու զինտեխնիկան:

Թվային եռաչափ քարտեզը ներկայացնող Արման Պողոսյանը նշում է, որ անօդաչուների և դիտորդների տեսանկարահանած այդ ամբողջ ինֆորմացիան (հակառակորդի դիրքեր, զինտեխնիկա) անհրաժեշտ է որևէ տեղ պահել, մշակել, կառավարել ու ղեկավարման կենտրոններին ցույց տալ այնպես, որ նրանք կարողանան որոշում կայացնել նաև օպերատիվ ժամանակում:

— Տարբեր շերտերով կարելի է ֆիլտրել, թե ինչ ես ուզում տեսնել: Ենթադրենք՝ տանկերը. կարող ես տեսնել, թե դա որ տանկն է, Տ-90 է, թե այլ, կարող ես տեսնել՝ վերջին անգամ երբ է այդտեղ նկարահանում եղել, կարող ես վերադառնալ նախորդ տեսանյութերին, լուսանկարներին և այլն, — նշում է Պողոսյանը:

Քարտեզի վրա երևում են իրականում արված տեսանյութեր ու լուսանկարներ, որոնց հիման վրա քարտեզում տեղադրվել են թշնամու տանկեր ու այլ զինտեխնիկա, անմիջապես քարտեզի վրա կարելի է սեղմել տեսանյութերի կամ լուսանկարի վրա և նայել դրանք, կարելի է քարտեզով հետ ու առաջ գնալ:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը ներկայացնում է նաև համակարգի հետագա զարգացման տեսլականը, ըստ որի՝ համակարգի հետագա տարբերակները կմոդելավորեն վարքը: Այսինքն, եթե տեսանյութերի հիման վրա քարտեզում տեղադրենք թշնամու տանկերի, հրետանու և այլ տեխնիկայի կոնկրետ քանակությունը, հետո ներմուծենք մեր ունեցած հակազդման միջոցների, հրանոթների քանակը, դրանց մաշվածության ու դիպուկության տվյալները, համակարգն ինքնուրույն կհաշվարկի և կներկայացնի մարտի հավանական արդյունքները: Սա թույլ կտա քարտեզի վրա, ավտոմատ հաշվարկված տեսնել սեփական թույլ և ուժեղ կողմերը, հնարավորություններն ու սպառնալիքները:

Արման Պողոսյանը ներկայացնում է նաև Instigate Robotics ընկերության անօդաչու թռչող սարքերն ու դրանց միջոցով ստեղծված լուծումները: Ընկերությունն անօդաչուների զանգվածային արտադրությամբ չի զբաղվում, դրա փոխարեն այդ սարքերի միջոցով տալիս է կոնկրետ լուծումներ համալիր խնդիրների համար:

Ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը մասնավորապես պատմեց Սինգապուրում իրենց անօդաչու թռչող սարքի աշխատանքը:

— Սինգապուրի տարածքը շատ փոքր է նրա համեմատ, թե ինչքան նավ է այնտեղ գալիս: Եվ նավերի բեռնափոխադրումները հենց ծովում են անում. բեռնափոխադրող նավը գալիս է, մի նավից վերցնում է կոնտեյներները, տանում է այլ տեղ: Այս ամենը պետք է վերահսկել, ինչի համար Սինգապուրում օգտագործում են կատերներ, որոնք ջոյստիկով կառավարում են «իրավիճակային կենտրոնից»: Բայց կատերն ավելի ցածր է, քան տանկերը (խոշոր նավ — խմբ.), և կատերի վրայից բարձրանում է մեր անօդաչուն, նկարում է՝ ինչ է կատարվում այդ պահին տանկերի վրա, — նշում է Արման Պողոսյանը:

Բացի Սինգապուրի հետ կոնկրետ խնդրի լուծման վերաբերյալ համագործակցությունը, ընկերությունը սեփական ինքնաղեկասարքեր (ավտոպիլոտ) է սարքել, ինչ կարևոր է նրանով, որ կարելի է ստեղծել կոնցեպտուալ այլ տիտի անօդաչու թռչող սարք, և այդ ավտոպիլոտը վերածրագրավորումից հետո կաշխատի նաև այդ սարքի հետ, կապահովի դրա թռիչքն ու կայունությունը:

— Դա այն մաթեմատիկան է, որ մենք որպես գիտելիք ձեռք ենք բերում, հետո դա վերածում ենք ծրագրի, ծրագիրը դնում ենք ավտոպիլոտի չիպում, ու ինքն այդ ծրագիրն իրականացնում է, — նշում է Արմանը:

Բացի այս ամենը, տաղավարում ներկայացված են նաև ծրագրավորվող չիպեր, դրանք կարելի է վերածրագրավորել և «հարմարացնել» սեփական խնդիրների լուծման համար: Արման Պողոսյանը նշում է, որ այս ոլորտում նույնպես ընկերությունը մեծ փորձ է կուտակել. իրենք ամերիկյան ու եվրոպական ընկերությունների հետ են աշխատում, իսկ այդ չիպերն օգտագործվում են նաև ռազմական ոլորտում:

Instigate robotics ընկերության և ԻՏՁՄ համատեղ տաղավարի «կենցաղային» սեկցիայում էլ ներկայացվում են զինծառայողների համար նախատեսված վրաններ, քնապարկեր, վրան-անձրևանոցներ և այլն: Չորստեղանոց վրանները, որ փակված վիճակում կարելի է կրել ուսապարկի պես, անձրևանոցները և քնապարկերը դեռևս Ապրիլյան պատերազմի օրերից արտադրվում և ուղարկվում են զորքեր:

Արտադրանքը ներկայացնող Արմենուհի Պետրոսյանը նշում է, որ վրաններից առնվազն երեք հազար հատ ուղարկվել է զորքեր: Արտադրատեսակների մեջ է նաև մարտաբաճկոնը, որը փորձարկումների փուլում է:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ անդրադառնալով իրենց մասնակցությանը՝ Արման Պողոսյանը նշում է, որ առաջին անգամ են մասնակցում ռազմական ոլորտի ցուցահանդեսի:

— Բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներն անընդհատ մտնում են ռազմական ոլորտ, ռազմական ոլորտը սկսել է արագ փոփոխվել. անընդհատ դուրս են գալիս նոր, փոքր, խելացի զենքեր, ու հետո՝ հակազդող զենքեր են դուրս գալիս, դրանից հետո պետք է առաջինները վերածրագրավորել, որպեսզի ուրիշ ֆունկցիա կատարեն և այլն: Արդյունքում բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառությունը սկսել է ավելի ու ավելի շատանալ: Այդ պատճառով մտածել ենք մեր փորձը ցույց տալ — նշում է ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը:

I am sure they are excellent and the best for what they do. Except, they cannot be used to detect movements deep inside enemy territories. There are many different radars for that purpose and I am sure our military has some variations of them.

"I find some info about this recce vehicle. It is artillery recce vehicle Kredo-1S 1L269 for ground and low flying target recce and artillery fire directing.

Unfortunately it's in Russian, but this source write, it have Kredo-1 radar with range of 35 km to detecting tanks and 15 km to detecting man and EO complex with TI, TV and laser range finder. It was accepted in army in 2007.

100% positive it's not M1. Cyprus have M1-2 and it's not the same as ours as well. What we have is either M2 or updated M1-2.

Here's some info about the M1-2: "Buk-M1-2 (SA-17 Grizzly). It was developed in 1994-1997 and entered service with the Russian Army in 1998. It fires 9M317 missiles with improved performance. This missile has a maximum range of 45 km and altitude of 25 km. This air defense system can engage ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, anti-radiation missiles. Furthermore it can target surface ships. Its export version is the Gang. Further improved version is the Buk-M1-2A. It fires 9M317A missiles."

Buk-M2 looks completly different that the one we have. Ours have the typical curved big radar radome of Buk-M1(-2).

I can't believe what I'm hearing from the Azatutyun reporter. He literally says we bought Iskander, so what? Azerbaijan have Tochka! He never mentions that we have Tochkas too and that it's not even close to the Iskander.

Azatutyun: "hmmm how can we get out of this hole we got in after the parade? Easy. Let's mislead the audience if that's our only way out."

As for Mr. Babayan who has become the Nostradamus of Armenia with his pinpoint accurate predictions. This guy came to back Armenia after April's failed Azeri offensive in search of glory, making it look like we've failed and that we're weak. Good asset for the Soros-funded maidan preachers.

Babayan before '93 and Babayan after '93 are two different persons.

He is the puppet of Kocharyan who is desperately trying to do everything to get the power back. After the April war they are clearly trying to creat a panic among the people in NKR. They know how important is having the support of the people in NKR.

-As much as it sounds strange- having the backing of NKR is the key for gaining the power in Armenia.

Multilateral command headquarter military exercises have taken place

Multilateral command headquarter military exercises have taken place at the 1st army corps of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.


The aim of the exercises was to enhance the practical skills of commanders and headquarters during different levels of combat preparedness, harmonization of subdivisions during the planning and conduct of combat operations, organization of cooperation, and strengthening of the field performance of the staff.

Planned works in defensive and offensive combat planning, preparation and conduct, base deployment, primary and reserve force rearrangement, allocation of armaments, military equipment, and personnel, and efficient application of force, took place during the various stages of the multilevel headquarter exercises.

Special attention was paid to the adjustments made as a result of the analysis of the April combat operations.

During the final stage of the exercise, live firing military exercises were carried out at one of the armored tank bases of the army corps.

The analysis of the results of the exercise showed that all the subdivisions that were included in the exercise performed well and successfully carried out assigned tasks.
