Iran is an ally of Armenia........but she can only do so much because of Russia and the Islamic world. Plus Persians and Armenian people are ancient brothers and have been so long before religion. They for sure like us over turks and azeris. Even Iranian turks like us over baboons. That has been my experience with friends and people i know.

History says so.

If Isreal attacks Iran they will loose their F35s before its paid for.

Iran was helping azeris secretly during the war. Iranian commander admitted it, so your theory unfortunately is flawed. It eould be nice to have iran on our side though in the next war.

Iran is more trustworthy than Russia. Why are you even making this a religious matter? The war in artsakh is not a religious war, and Iran knows that. Besides, we share cultural ties with the majority of Irans populace that stretches far beyond these religions from the jewish mythology.

Truth of the matter is that no superpower, may it be russia or iran, will ever put the lives of their troops in jeopardy for Armenia. We're nothing but a russian colony at this point in time.

It's laughable to think that iran is more trustworthy than Russia. Iranians are one of the most two-faced nations on earth, they will smile to your face, and be plotting behind their mind. Russia at least is straight-forward, and cuts out the BS.

You're probably forgetting the fact that modern Armenia exists today due to it's liberation from Iran by the Russians.

I'm not sure what past you're talking about, but Persians have historically been an enemy of the Armenian nation. Yes today things are different. But if Russia were out of the picture, you could bet it would be Turks and Persians vying for control over Armenia and the south Caucasus. Iran, like Turkey, has grand designs of its own over Armenia and the south cacucasus, and the Russian factor is the only thing keeping both at bay.

Russia has in the past put Russian lives at stake in defense of Armenia (albeit in furtherance of it's own interests). Russia is currently putting Russian lives at stake in Syria, as is Iran. But iran would never do that for Armenia.

Iran doesn't want to see a pan-turanic state stretching from Istanbul to the Caspian, if not beyond to central asia. That's why Armenia's existence is important, to put it mildly, for Iran. But Iran can never be an ally, we can never rely on them, and they will never out-right support us.

Armenians have been critical actors in Iran liberations in past and nottoo far present. We look the same, our cultures are interwined and we have shed blood together against invating toorks. Armenians were the only ones allowed into Persian Empire Capital compared to the rest. We are both Arians ( not compared to 20th century meaning of blond blue eyes redneck).

Iran helped Armenians in karabagh war. Armenian Fedayees were openn7ng Persian can foods in war. Any help to azeris was not helpfull to win the war and just Islamic jurk off.

Iran and turks will never unite against Armenia.
Look at yourself, do you look like Russians or Persians?

We will be stupid to even think that Iran is our enemy. You have no idea how deep Armenians are involved in Iranian security and otherwise.
Remember Monte was Persian Armenian and he did not see Iran as a enemy.

From ancient times to now, there is no doubt that we are connected not only as allies but down to DNA.

Without Arme ians Iran would not have survived in history........without Iranians we would not hsve survived in history.
