“The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is conducting confidential dialogues with authorities in Azerbaijan and Armenia,” Press Secretary of ICRC Armenian Mission Hasmik Galstyan informed Panorama.am about this.

She noted that in case the sides reach an agreement the committee is ready to act as a neutral intermediary during the return process of the Azerbaijani soldier’s body.

One refers to the return of a dead dog the other a captured dog.

The captured Azeri soldier will most likely be traded for an Armenian soldier (Arsen Baghdasaryan) sentenced to 15 years prison in Azerbaijan.
