That is my biggest complaint with our military, a lot of these weapons are from the 70s and these 70s are badly outdated almost half a century old, yes I understand our military is efficient in terms of budgeting but we should really learn to classify our military as *modern* our most modern military is from the 90s and 2000's but most of the military is in bad shape and in need of modernization, our land forces are a complete joke with the best tank a fu**ing T-72B

Most of the equipment wielded by the most modern armies are from the 1970s and 1980s. Such as the US military and M1 platform. I was never talking about budgeting. The equipment is more than modern enough.

The T72B and its derivatives are THE best T72 variants in the world. There is nothing wrong with the T72 tank itself either. There is no need to start buying other kinds of tanks. Upgrading it is all that is needed. Even without upgrades, the B1 is pretty damn good compared to other Warsaw Pact weapons.

What system are you even talking about? Armenia's artillery forces are one of the most advanced portion of the military.

Armenia makes its own kevlar helmets and kevlar vests. It also buys kevlar helmets from Russia. Every soldier gets kevlar. You don't knee pads or goggles to fight. To look stupid? Yes. To be uncomfortable? Yes. To fight effectively? No.

There is no difference between the equipment of the "NKR Army" and the AAF. The NKR Army IS the Armenian Armed Forces. Its called that for political reasons, but all it is is a term for Armenian divisions in Artsakh. Similar to an Army Group classification

But thankfully most of our weapons old but some of the best guns out there even the 60 year old AK-47 is pure gold, seriously where did the Russian military go they used to have some of the most cheap and easy and reliable weaponry in history and even today they are fine examples of military warfare compared some literally while today Russia is starting to go for the bloated and expensive western weaponry compared to its past.

Honestly, your whole post seems to be a rant about nonsense. You don't know what you are talking about my friend. Just calm down, Armenia has enough weapons. Its one of the most heavily armed nations in the world. Its weapons are Cold War era/Post-Cold war era. All their troops are equipped sufficiently.

Armenia makes its own kevlar helmets and kevlar vests.

It might be ceramic covered with fiberglass or kevlar. Not sure of the details.

We might not have the most advanced or the latest toys but we sure know how to pick the most effective and durable armaments.
A good example would be the potential purchase of Yak-130 a gorgeous small aircraft that could be used for training and light support.
When compared with the old Su-25, still the Su-25 will win for its crew protection and being indestructible. It could use some upgrades, but would they ever fly for combat? I doubt it.

You know I can go all out and fight how naive you are lori for thinking the T-72B is the best (for its time) or how it should be a majority of our tank force rather than a minority or how useful the Goggles and knee/shoulder pads are and why our Field artillery is LITERALLY a museum, I'm too lazy.

the Yak 130 is a nice little air vehicle and a good 4 of them will be enough, our Su 25's are also sufficient (13 Aircraft) Also the Yak 130 costs 15 million dollars per jet which is expensive BUT if our guys have the skills and brain power, can we turn our Aero L-39 Albatros into fighter jets? sure they are crap but they're unit cost is 1 million dollars or lesser which is insane, sure they're crap I'm sure but for that price and low cost maintenance ,d there its not bad for a budget fighter jet anlow price we can have an army of large low cost fighter jets.
