Azerbaijani defense minister inspects formations, units intended for mobilization

Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov has checked the level of readiness of the mobilization resources of formations and units intended to be opened and applied in a short time frame.

Minister Hasanov heard reports of commanders of various levels on the complementation, combat coordination, staff structure, and combat capabilities of troops participating in large-scale exercises.

Considering the possible war period, depots of military units storing pieces of military equipment, artillery, as well as reserve ammunition, shells, etc. intended for use during military mobilization were inspected.

The minister checked the combat readiness of reserve military equipment pieces, checked the receipt and complementation of reserve military personnel and military equipment pieces, and heard reports of military officials of varying ranks.

The defense minister highly appreciated the personnel’s preparation, organization and management skills, the technical condition of military equipment pieces and arms and ammunition which are intended for mobilization and are short-term storage.

Չեխական տեխնիկան Ադրբեջանում հայտնվել է մի քանի երկրի միջնորդությամբ

Օրերս Ադրբեջանում անցկացված զորավարժությունում ցուցադրվեցին չեխական արտադրության DANA ինքնագնաց հաուբիցներ և RM-70 ՀԿՌՀ-ներ: Առկա փաստերը և հայտարարությունները վկայում են դրանք Ադրբեջանին մատակարարելու բարդ սխեմայի առկայության մասին՝ միջնորդավորված մի քանի երկրներով:

«Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հայկական ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ Չեխիայի արտգործնախարարությունից իրենց հարցմանն ի պատասխան նշել են.

«Չեխիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունը նշում է, որ Չեխիայի Հանրապետությունը վերջին տարիներին ընդհանրապես չի արտոնել «մահաբեր զինատեսակների» վաճառքը Ադրբեջանին»:

Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է ավելի վաղ մեր կողմից տարբեր փաստերի համադրությամբ այն եզրակացությունը, որ նշված սպառազինությունը Ադրբեջանում հայտնվել է Իսրայելի միջոցով:

Սակայն հավելյալ փաստերն ու հայտարարություններն իրենց հերթին վկայում են, Ադրբեջանին չեխական տեխնիկայի մատակարարման հարցում գործել է Չեխիա–Իսրայել–Ադրբեջանից շատ ավելի բարդ սխեմա:

ՄԱԿ-ի ռեգիստրում Սլովակիայի՝ 2016 թ. տրամադրած զեկույցում նշվում է, որ նույն տարում Սլովակիան Իսրայելին վաճառել է 2 միավոր RM-70/85 համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգ: 2017 թ. հունվարին Ադրբեջանում նոր զորամասի բացման ժամանակ երևում է առնվազն մեկական միավոր RM-70/85 և DANA ԻՀՀ: Նշված են «Դանա» ինքնագնաց հրետանին և RA-70 ՀԿՌՀ-ն. 1/23/2017 ՄԱԿ-ի ռեգիստրում Սլովակիայի՝ 2016 թ. ներկայացրած զեկույցից

2017 թ. բուլղարացի հաքերների գաղտնազերծած փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա Trud լրատվակայքի լրագրող Դիլիանա Գայտանջիևան նշել էր, որ նույն տարում Սերբիա–Իսրայել–Ադրբեջան ուղով ադրբեջանական բանակին մատակարարվել են RM-70/80 ՀԿՌՀ-ներ և ինքնագնաց հրետանային համակարգեր [ենթադրաբար՝ DANA]: Ըստ որում առաջնային մատակարարը եղել է չեխ-սլովական MSM Martin ընկերությունը:

Արդեն 2017 թ. սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանը ցուցադրեց առնվազն 8-9-ական միավոր յուրաքանչյուր զինտեխնիկայից՝ նշված զորավարժության ընթացքում: Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ չեխական արտադրության «Դանա» ԻՀՀ-ներ Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ՝ չեխական RM-70 ՀԿՌՀ-ներ

Փաստերի համադրությունը թույլ է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ բոլոր համակարգերի դեպքում վերջնական միջնորդ պետությունը եղել է Իսրայելը, սակայն մինչ այդ եղել են առնվազն ևս մի մեկ կամ երկու այլ միջնորդ պետություններ: Նշվածների թվում են Սերբիան և Սլովակիան:

Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Ադրբեջանին մատակարարվել են հենց չեխական արդիականացման տարբերակներ, գրեթե բացառվում է այն տեսակետը, որ առաջնային մատակարարը եղել է Սլովակիան: Ըստ այդմ՝ ենթադրաբար ողջ զինտեխնիկան էլ դուրս է եկել Չեխիայից, սակայն Ադրբեջան հասել է շղթայական միջնորդավորմամբ:

Չի բացառվում, որ Ադրբեջանը կիրառել/կիրառում է կամ կկիրառի տվյալ բնույթի սխեմա՝ նաև այլ սպառազինություն, այդ թվում՝ այլ երկրներից գնելու համար: Սա իր հերթին կարող է թույլ տալ շրջանցել որոշ պետությունների կողմից՝ անմիջապես Ադրբեջանին զենք մատակարարելու էմբարգոն կամ սահմանափակումները:

sure, if you count a boss makes 1000 000 and the little guy makes 100 000 then average will be higher, but how many actually get a boss' salary? i know about 30 people in yerevan and they are ordinary people working as IT people, teachers, journalists, freelancers, the salaries that article talk about just don't exist. Most people don't make that much. average teacher doesn't make 122k. 60k at best then of course they have to make ends meet with private lessons etc.. Let's not even talk about taxi drivers, marshutni drivers, they are at the bottom of the economy.

The cleaners in my building make 90,000 per month, the concierge makes 120,000 per month. It is not 1996 anymore.
I know how much they make because I'm the responsible of the building who collects money from the inhabitants and pays their salaries.

My mother earns a monthly wage of 110,000 drams, and that's an insult to my mother, she should be earning double at least if not more as she works somewhere very important, but I agree, Armenians are reluctant to believe our country is much better than they think it is, my grandma still thinks its the year 1999 and Russian is just as relevant if not more than English, and she forces me to learn useless things like math or physics where I will never specialize any of them
