A good read. One area that needs to be addressed thoroughly and seriously (by the Armenia gov't and armed forces command) is that situation in Tavush.

Interesting read, but there are several clear pieces of wrong information mentioned which makes me unsure of the rest of the information. For example, the author mentions that Iskander-E's were shown in Artsakh during the Four day war, when in fact we had not even revealed our possession of Iskander-E's (and I think had not yet even procured) until the military parade months later. He seems to be exaggerating the scale of some of these upgrades, for example when mentioning the tank upgrades, and I have no idea where he got the idea that we've been getting T-90's from Russia? Then again with mentioning how the N-2 systems have been boosting our artillery unit capabilities is a bit of an overstatement, those systems are extremely basic, have extremely short range so they wouldn't even be used by artillery units but rather front line units, and there's no information indicating that the systems are even in active use on the front line.

It's Armenian propaganda of sorts. I think everything described in his article is what would be happening in a perfect world or is probably now scheduled to happen as a result of the 4 Day War.
