Արդեն ուրվագծվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության կազմը: «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ Արարտ Միրզոյանը Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է.

«Պաշտպանության նախարարի հիանալի թեկնածու է Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ ներկայիս ԱԻ նախարարը։

Uninterrupted for 36 Hours Field Drills

On April 6, a 36-hour field exercise in line with the UN International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG) standards on “Organization and Implementation of Search and Rescue Operations in Case of Earthquake” was underway in MES “Lusakert” Training Center and Arzni Gorge.

According to the scenario, a 6.7 magnitude strong earthquake was registered in the conventional country and the “affected country” appealed to the international community for help. On April 5, MES Urban Search and Rescue Team of 50 members arrived at the “disaster zone” and passed to the implementation of their duties. The Armenian Urban Search and Rescue Team continued search and rescue operations with the same intensity all night long at the “disaster zone” area provided for them.

To ensure uninterrupted work, the Armenian rescuers acted in shift that allowed them to recover forces after heavy work, thereby raising the effectiveness of the rescue operations. The search and rescue operations were carried out inside reinforced concrete structures where there were “victims, wounded and blocked people”. Armenian rescuers used special rescue equipment to get people out of the ruins and release those blocked.

During the drills, rope, fixing, clear cutting, demolition, taking the injured out, providing first aid and other activities were carried out.

As a result of 36 hours of uninterrupted work, the RA MES Urban Search and Rescue (USR) Team completely solved the tasks in accordance with the drills scenario set before them.
