So it is hard to find what dencent AA you can consider.
In 1982, Malvinas war, the Argentinians had a pretty fair air defense system and not that much outdated air force, against revolutionary UK Sea Harriers, having major logistical vulnerability, and largely outnumbered.
The air defenses of Yougoslavia /Serbia were outnumbered against NATO, yet they had some 'decency', notably in the professionalism of their crews.
They were smashed by the mere mathematics, and on the edge US stealth technologies...
Yet they had Mig 29-s, as did the saddam Air force ...
The Iran-Irak war
I'm afraid, the only war where Air defense prevailed against overwhelming air force is the first Artsakh War....
