Conflicts should be solved peacefully – CIS final statement

The statement issued within the framework of CIS summit on Saturday highlights the need for peaceful resolution of conflicts in CIS area.

“An important basis for successful development of the CIS will be a peaceful settlement of existing conflicts in CIS territory, based on mutual confidence-building measures, principles and norms of international law,” reads the statement.

Dushanbe hosts the anniversary summit of CIS today. In December 2011 the Commonwealth will mark 20th anniversary of its creation.

The leaders are considering the issues of future development of CIS and are discussing topical international problems.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan arrived in Dushanbe on Friday. The leaders of Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Belarus have not arrived for the meeting.

Դժբախտաբար, դա ինծ հիշեցնում է մի քանի պատմությունների որ լսել եմ այս ամառ երբ Հայաստան էի, մին զինծառայության կոչված զինվորից և մյուսը պայմանագրված զինվորից։ Ինծ ասում էին որ մթերաբաժին ուտելիքը երբեք բավարար չե (նաև վատ) մի օրվա համար և շատ զինվորներ կգնեն իրենց սեփական ուտելիքը որոշ խանութներից։ Ասում էին որ ընդհանուր վիճակը բանակի լավացած է ի համեմատ առաջվա տարիների բայց դեր ընդհանրապես անտանելի է։

From your feedback would you say this was because the set standard is poor or drop in standards due to corruption.

What's the problem tgherq djan? i just can't understand the reason of this agresion against this guy? he didn't say something wrong.. he is a new user and needs some tolerance at the forum..

i am personaly glad to see a guy from Armenia who interests his country's army..

The soldiers blame it on corruption but I think it is a little bit of both + unrealistic expectations from them and the general population. They think there is a quick fix for every problem Armenia has, they lack patience. One thing that pissed me off was their example of the type of corruption that is widely known to everyone. Հայերենով ուզում եմ գրել որովհետև կնախնտրեմ միայն մենք կարդանք։ Օրինակ՝ 7.000 ամերիկյան դոլլարի համար, կարող ես քու զավակդ «ազատել» Ղարաբաղ ծառայելից։ Ղարաբաղի փոխարեն, քեզ ղրկում են Սևան որը ճանաչված է որպես ամենա-ապահով զինծառայության վայրը։ Ըստ ինչ որ ինծ ասում էին զինվորները, հարուստների, ռազմական ղեկավարների, քաղաքական գործիչների և այլ բարձր տիտղոսով անձերի զավակները բոլորը ղրկվում են Սևան և այլ ապահով վայրեր։ 12.000-ից մինչև 15.000 ամերիկյան դոլլարի համար, կարող ես «ազատվել» զինծառայությունից բայց այստեղ հարց կա քանի որ գրում են պաշտոնական թղթերում որ դու «հիվանդ» ես կամ «հաշմանդամ» ինչ որ կդժվարացնի ապագային գործ գտնել։ Ղարաբաղի Տիգրանակերտում, մի հայրենասեր անձ ինծ ասեց որ շատեր նույնիսկ դարնում են յեհովայի վկա որպեսզի չծառայեն (ինչ որ արգելված է, համենայնդեպս)։

Ղարաբաղում, ռազմական փորձեր կատարվում էին ամեն օր և բավական պատրաստ վիճակի մեջ է բանակը. ինչ որ լավ լուռ է։ Ղարաբաղ-Երևանի ճամբին վրա տեսա «camouflage»-ով բազմաթիվ ռազմական տրանսպորտային բեռնատարներ որը վերադարնում էին Հայաստան։ Հայաստանի Զինված Ուժերի լոգոն վրան էր։ Մի քիչ այս պատկերին նմանում էին՝
